Email Partial Progress Report
The current Email Progress Report only allows reports for our defined terms. We are a center-based CTE School. We use 6 terms to accommodate students from schools that are on either Trimesters or Semesters. We'd like to be able to Email Progress Reports from a date range, not just a single term. In other words, we'd like to Email Partial Progress Reports where we can pick the date range of the report.

Attachments needed for local programs
Sometimes we have meeting documentation associated with alternative placement. We need to be able to attach documents to the local programs so that we may track student entry and exit into alternative placement.

Need the ability to block view in student/family access of academic history for certain students just like you can for block them from seeing their schedule and current grades

We need the ability to capitalize a letter in the a student's name.
We need the ability to capitalize a letter in the a student's name. For example McDougal, currently Skyward does not consistently allow the "D" to be capitalized. We need to be able to input a student name exactly as it appears on a birth certificate. This impacts every category listed above but I chose "Student".

I would like the ability to hide the question of Student Language in the Student Information area of NSOE
In Texas we have to have the family complete the Home Language Survey in their native language and having them answer language questions in more than one place causes confusion and answers that don't match.
We would like to be able to hide the Student Information field on NSOE of Student Language so that our staff can enter what is answered on the Home Language Survey and not have to look for mismatches between the HLS and parent answers.

Family Information for all guardians to be listed in the Educator Access Plus tab for teachers
Currently in Educator Access Plus for Teachers, it only provides the phone number for the first guardian listed in the family as well as the emergency contacts on their screen. Teachers have to click on the name of the additional guardian in order to view their phone numbers. It would be convenient if all guardians and emergency contact phone numbers are all provided to be located at a glance.

We would like to pull the IEP type into Custom Forms but that is not a current skyward field.

add Migrant questions to NSOE
add Migratory Student Information collection to NSOE. DPI has a form for these families to fill out (and skyward has an import process to pull these families into Skyward from DPI). However, there is not a process to collect the information in NSOE. We are adding our own questions to NSOE based on the links below but to ensure enrollments are similar at other districts in Wisconsin could this be added by Skyward to NSOE?

Test Accommodations
Users would LOVE to have the ability to add multiple accommodations to the test. Every accommodations needs to be added, then saved then "Add" again. Once they are on the Local Accommodation Maintenance page it would be great for the user to enter all ALL accommodations here and then just save once all are entered.

We have a school that frequently has students that are late on their assignments. But they found that if the score is still visible it encourages them to still to the work. Also if the score is there it allows the teacher to still be able to track how the student is doing. Add Security by Test Code and Edition
Allow security to be configured not just to all tests in the assessment module, but to only specific tests by test code and edition of the test. This will allow users to have control over tests and scores from their specific disciplines while not being able to impact the score records from other unrelated disciplines.

Teacher Room Availability - pull only ACTIVE classes
Within WS\OF\CS\BC\RE\TR... there should be an option to look at only ACTIVE classes. Right now the report pulls Active and Inactive classes which is not helpful when trying to find room availability, and there is not a template setting to only choose Active classes.

Athletic Participation follow student from Middle to High School
Currently, Activities are Entity specific so they only follow the student in each specific Entity. There is not currently a way to get the Activities to follow the student from Entity to Entity.
So if you have middle school students participating in high school athletics, it shows in their middle school. However, once they move into the high school, that information does not follow so the high school doesn't have the record of their participation and years participating in the student's records. ON STUDENT SIDE - ABILITY TO ADD STAFF TO ENTITY AND SECURITY AT SAME TIME!!!
When creating Staff at entity; have option to go directly to security area to add security for that staff person
When creating a Staff member, a teacher for example, it would be nice to have a box to check to 'Add Security' and upon saving that set up, be taken directly to the Secured User area to that specific staff members account and add their security without having to move out of the Staff area and into the security area and then retype in the staff name and expand to add the security. Need a way to data mine or report on State Credit, Local Credit, Total credit
Due to different registrar errors when entering transfer credits we are finding that our State + Local is not equal to Total Credits on some students. It would be much easier to find these if there was a way to data mine this information.

other name option in food service pos
Have "Other Name" as a screen field option in Food Service POS. It is available for teacher gradebooks but not for the cafeteria.
