Mass add health note
Would love the option to add a health note but be able to have it chart in several children's files at once. So like a mass add medication but a mass add health note
Ex. Scoliosis screening letter sent home via mail for parental response.

Ranges for Student Entry Resubmission
From the Student Check-In screen under Office Visits users are currently able to look up students that are Inactive. When in a specific entity users are also able to look up a student that has never been enrolled in that entity. This can cause issues for a district if the student keys in the wrong number.

Medication Inventory Autoemail
The problem with the Medication Inventory dose email is if you have an epipen that is only one dose. If we set up that autoemail that parent will receive an autoemail daily if we set it up that parents receive an email once the dose is down to 5. The expiration date autoemail works great for the epipen but not the other. Any suggestions?

Medication Inventory in Quick Entry
When in Quick Entry for Medication our health aides just check that the student received their medication for that day. The only problem is it doesn't show them on that screen what the current inventory is so they are able to keep reducing the inventory without realizing it is already at a negative. So ideally they should not be able to give a medication that is in negative inventory or it should be highlighted red. Unfortunately we are finding our medication inventory and the medication in the bottle are not matching.

Medication Inventory Report
We are having issues with medication inventory and the inventory being off. We know that we can see the current inventory and we can see how it is administered each day but we would like to run a report to see what Skyward showed the inventory was on a daily basis. Example: We had a student whose inventory was spot on on 12/15/16 but now today 1/9/17 it is off. We want to run a report back to 12/15/16 to today to see what Skyward showed the inventory was on a daily basis along with the administers.

Add Near & Far vision screening fields to Letters
Merge fields in the letter only have Corrected and Uncorrected Right and Left eyes and is pulling the Far vision results. For the state of PA we need to specify the Near vision and Far vision fields for each eye corrected and uncorrectd and label and report them all. Need the Near vision fields added to the letter.
Expected outcome is to have merge fields for PA districts for both Near Corrected Right and Left eye and Near Uncorrected Right and Left eye as well as the existing Far Corrected Right and Left eye and Far Uncorrected Right and Left…33 votes -

Can the Vacc Letters be changed to "Health Letters" to automatically document any Hearing/Vision/Scoliosis/Vaccines/etc letter that is generated and sent home? It is important for these letters to be properly documented and recorded as being sent. Thank you

Treatment Tab
We would like to request a Treatments tab in the Health area. Our nurses would like it to have the same functions as the Medication tab so that treatments can be entered and scheduled and be able to be reported on. The example given was a student that has seizures. The nurse has a daily treatment with this student that cannot be scheduled.

Auto Email Trigger/studen locator
The student check in at the nurse needs to trigger the automated emails to the teachers on the student schedule. Teachers usually do not even have access to the student management piece of Skyward which then also makes us give them access to that module so they can see the student locator to see if a student is in the nurse's office. The systems needs to include the auto emails for the nurse module and the student locator needs to be programmed in to be included in Educator Access. Medication inventory read quanity
Want the inventory section of the medication profile to read quantity not milligrams as not all medications come in MG... We count per pill not by milligrams. or have a drop down for mL for liquid meds and pills for pill form medications.
clarification: in the medical field when we do inventory counts we count the number of tablets not the number of milligrams or puffs (inhalers). So when you add a medication inventory we would like the option to pick capsules tablets puffs or milliliters. We don't want the inventory to count milligrams or what we put in the…35 votes -
Ability to email from the Office Visit area
Would like to have an Email button added to the Office Visit area. This would give the nurses options to communicate with parents at the time of exiting/releasing a student from the office.
Add the Email button similar to the Email button on the Scheduling tab in student profile. Add the option (radial button) for parent email along with the staff and teacher options.25 votes -
Need PMF of Security Group Assignment for Forms
Greetings. So I have Health Forms that require secure access for my district. I'm going through to set those 7 forms up now as Secure Forms. When you choose the Security Groups button you can utilize the Quick Filter to narrow your group search down to the groups you need. Convenient. But do you think there's a Select All button? Nada. You can UNSELECT ALL but there's no Select All. I will be clicking 749 boxes for the next 20 minutes. Please PMF this screen to match any others that should include a Select All option. Thank you!

Administered by Field to Allow Parent NameKey
We would like to have the 'Administered by' field searchable for not only Staff but also by Parent name. We occasionally will have a parent administer meds in school.

As needed medications
Want the option to select scheduled medications or as needed medications in the quick entry portion. Right now there is only the ability to give scheduled medications through this route but would like a filter to be able to select PRN meds as well. Currently having to enter each student's name and administer PRN's that way.

Diabetes Care Log needs additional BG fields
The diabetes care log only has one field for blood glucose (BG) results and one field for Carb Intake. For scheduled diabetes care this is sufficient; however frequently students have non-scheduled care due to high or low blood glucose. When this occurs blood glucose is tested a minimum of 2 times during one clinic visit and when a student has low BG carbs may be given more than one for treatment (every 15 minutes if BG remains low).

Health Report and Medication notes
There is not an option on the All Health Report to print detailed notes. On the report we need the option to print the administration details of the med administration. Users should be able to print one All Health Report for open records requests including all information. Currently I would have to print an all health report and a medication report.

Adding Health Tab to Skyward Mobile Access
We had a situation where a student had a medical emergency outside of the school building. Our nurse attempted to utilize the mobile skyward app to relay health conditions to the EMT's. The time it took to access the data through the desktop option on the app was extremely lengthy for an emergency situation. Having a heath tab on the mobile app would allow emergency personnel to assess patients quickly.
