remove the notification in task manager that says the record will not be displayed because of the filter settings
When you open the entire task manager, not just from our widget screen and you have a filter on, when you close it a pop up come up about 3 seconds later that says "the record you are working on cannot be displayed due to the filters you are working with". Could you please set up the option to not view those after each one. Once should be enough. assignment import
On a daily basis we in HR have to export individual assignments due to the addition of a stipend, a degree enhancement, adjust the FTE, to correct an error, etc. Having the capability to export an individual assignment from the “Emp Mgt Asn” screen would be greatly beneficial as a time saver. Using the Assignment Export/Payroll Import works great for exporting large groups of assignments but requires a good deal of clicks and con be time consuming just to export one assignment. Customer Access Support Tickets Marked as "Critical"
When we are putting in a customer support ticket to Skyward, there is a "critical" checkbox that can be selected. Through research, we have discovered that these "critical" tickets go to a dispatcher. That dispatcher then identifies whether the need is actually "critical" or not. I understand the need to process tickets like this because, let's be honest, everybody things that all of their own issues are critical OR they have put things off to the last minute to handle. contract status
I would like to have the field "Contract Status" from the DOE Reporting screen available as a Skyward Field for Custom Forms. We use task manager to Reappointment our PC and AC Contract teachers and it would be helpful to be able to show the field on the custom form to make sure we do not accidently issue a Reappointment for a PS Contract teacher. Enhance Invoice Approvals
If an invoice has been approved but the amount is later changed, the invoice reverts from Batch to Approval Pending. However, if the vendor is changed the invoice stays in Batch. Changes to invoice amounts, vendor and possibly account coding should all require re-approval.

True Time Totals Report Pay Pay Codes
We have multiple employees who work multiple jobs, each under a different pay code. I would like to be able to pull a report in True Time for total hours worked BY PAY CODE. Right now, when pulling the True Time Report-Employee Summary Report, the report displays all hours worked. In order to pull hours just for para educator work, I have to go in week by week and manually add up the para hours as the report I mentioned above only displays total hours. Unpaid Hours on Timesheet
Would like the total scheduled hours to appear on timesheet. A subtotal for paid hours worked, paid leave hours to total what is paid on the paycheck and also a subtotal of unpaid hours. The supervisors could then better track attendance. Unpaid hours are tracked in timeoff. Wish they could put the totals of unpaid hours on the timesheet instead of showing up as "0".

Font Type
In Skyward > Preferences > User Preferences it would be LOVELY to be able to select a different font that users could change depending on their needs. I know that there are some font options but NOT ENOUGH we want to be able to have different styles and sizes. As I have said in other customized suggestions, we have little joy in our lives as office workers and these tiny adjustments can make our lives so much easier and can be the reason that we come to work every morning.

I need to be able to run a report showing the total number of active employees by a specific date or year. The date field is something that needs to be added to data mining. We need to report the number of employees for a specific date or year frequently.

Need a way to see denied time off requests from Human Resources - Employee
When viewing time off transactions for an employee, you can see the approved time, but not the denied time. The only way to see this is to run a report. It would be nice to have an option to see the denied time off, even if it's included as a filter on the Unapproved tab.

Would like to be able to MASS allocate SNOW DAY hours for all hourly employees for their contracted day by employee type.
would like for an option in the calendar that allows the creation of hours added to a timesheet for a snow day similarly to the holiday hours.

Ability to add vertical line in Data Mining reports.
End users would appreciate the ability to include/add a vertical line at various points in our data mining reports to help the viewers more easily segregate data output, i.e. to provide a separator between various fiscal years, etc.

Occupant Address Change Buttons
Our users have said that the button choices on the Occupant Address Changes screen attached are not intuitive and have caused for changes to be made that should not be made. The question being asked is a yes/no question but the button choices are ok/cancel. Is there anyway to get the buttons changed to Yes to change and No to not change?

Sometimes we need to understand/make sure that our accounts are flowing through (or set up in) the system correctly. Would there be a way to run a report that would show the "expense" account used and the following levels of "cash", "equity", etc whatever the series of accounts were that were affected by whatever particular account you enter?

Auto email with approved PO to link back to the PO.
When a requisition is approved, and the requestor receives the automatic email notifications, is it possible for Skyward to include a link back to the PO in those auto emails? This would make uploading attachments to the PO (receipts, invoices, etc.) a lot more efficient, so if there is a setting that can up changed that will do that, I'd like assistance with that option.

Electronic Onboard Module
We're looking for electronic payroll and HR docs and wondering if Skyward will in the future provide this option to purchase. Fast Track only would help with demographic information and assingnment. We're looking for payroll information like their electronic I9, W4, etc. I overheard that it may be an option with Qmlativ. We already use Task Manager for lots of other data but we're looking for something more robust and interactive. We don't want to add another system.

1. How does this affect your day to day duties with using an onboarding module?
2. What system/process do you currently use to work with gathering this payroll information? Do you utilize something like Custom Forms, FastTrack?
3. What features/processes are you looking for with this onboarding module (ie. do employees upload the documentation, review/approval process, profile integration, etc...)
This idea will remain open for further exploration and input from the Skyward Community.

tweaks to the WRS mid year reporting
It is great that we now have the ability to create a report of enrollments and terms for WRS. We needs some tweaks to enhance the reporting. Due to the timing of when we can report new hires we find that sometimes they have received a paycheck before we get them reported. When that happens the enrolled employee comes over with earnings. Can that report be set to show zero earnings and zero hours?
Secondly, there is no report that prints to show what is in the file that would be sent to WRS.After the export is processed it just…6 votes -
Sharing Selection Parameters in True Time Utilities
When you are in True Time > Setup > Utilities > Time Sheets Mass Deny I KNOW that you can share your selection parameters with other users. HOWEVER, when another user tries to use a selection parameter that I have set they are UNABLE to revise the times that the denial is for. Why have a share button if they can't edit all the fields?
