Mass add auto approval rules
In the Purchase order groups setup I currently have to go into each group to update the auto approval rules. I would like a mass add function so that I can select multiple groups and apply the auto approval rules to the groups that I select so that I don't have to individually update every one of them. This would be a great time saver!

Positive Pay for SBAA
Avoid Check Fraud Positive pay would be most helpful in preventing check fraud. Fraudsters are targeting school districts. Our distract has prevented check fraud on the Accounts Payable side but we have no way of preventing on the SBAA side.

Deduction Benefit History-/Payroll Date Selection
A date range or something needs to be added to this area. When I have 20 years of information and I need to gather ALL 20 years and we do 3 payrolls a month do you know how many CLICKS THAT IS? I know an RFE was put in a few years ago. This seriously needs to be fixed on the web side of Payroll.

Employee Profile Master
I would like there to be an option to only show active employees on PaC in the Search tab in the Employee Profile Master screen. It takes me a long time to get to my employees when I have to search and filter through the non active employees. I think you could create a button that shows active non active and both.

Reset all quick filter ranges with one click
I often use the quick filters for filtering data in my browse screens. Currently if I have multiple filters in place I must reset each one individually in order to clear all the filters. This is frustrating. I wish there was a one click option to clear all my quick filter ranges.

Data Retention on Add
After updating with addendum 3 and 4 the data retention on add is not working when it previously did. On invoice input the fiscal year will not stay what was previously entered. Data retention on add to function again.

Budgeting on the Web and E-Commerce
Our district creates the next year's budget by having the teachers enter budget requests through BOTW. We've also started using e-commerce ordering which has been tremendously helpful. However BOTW and E-commerce don't currently talk to each other so our schools have to re-enter the order information that the teachers have already entered. We would like to be able to spin a Purchase Requisition off a Budget Request in E-Commerce like we can through traditional order entry. Mass Reactivate/Deactivate Time Off Code Utility
Currently there is no way to deactivate or reactivate a time off code. In the time off code set up I can select that a particular code cannot be seen in Employee Access. However I'd like to be able to mass deactivate a time off code that is no longer used. I would like to be able to reactivate a time off code that used to be used. For example we have used the time off code Protected Discretionary for a number of years for certified staff. However in negotiations they want it to be called Personal Leave. I want…

My understanding is you currently need to go into every profile and check the "Active?" box to either deactivate or reactivate. I just want to make sure we are understanding completely before diving further into this.

Approving credit card transactions
Due to so many credit card transactions under Review/Submit Transactions could you please add the select all transactions to approve? Last month I had 150 transactions to approve one by one. This takes a lot of time. I understand that the last approver has this option however it seems appropriate for other users as well. This will save so much time if I do not have to click submit 180 times.

Enhancements to the EM Pay Distribution Report
Would like to have an option to Display Repeating Fields so that we can convert to Excel and have the account codes listed for each person. We'd also like to have the building code and FTE added to this report. Our goal would be to have something similar to the Employee Costing Report found under Salary Negotiations. See attached file with screen shots. Add Individual Employee Pull to True Time
We would like to be able to pull in an individual to pay for any True Time timekeeping rule. In the State of MN if an employee demands their final check we have to produce in 24 hours. We would like to use the system to calculate all money owed using what is entered in True Time. I have been told that the only way to do this is to manually create a check for the hours owed cut the check and then force the time sheets into history so that you do not pay them again for those hours…

Attaching a paycode to a time off entry
We have employee's that work 2 positions in the District. They submit their time off to individual supervisors per the job the system automatically applies the Time Off to their primary pay code. We would like to be able to assign another pay code to a time off entry. Allow Asset Code in Import for Credit Cards
When we upload an asset code to the import for our credit card file it will not accept the asset code. After talking to Skyward customer service they stated that I would have to submit a Enhancement request because they system will not allow asset codes in the import. We would be able to upload 01 A 131 00 in our credit card imports. Allow asset liability and equity codes to be uploaded in the credit card import process.

Invoice adjustment field considered in avail funds
When entering a budget transfer the available funds doesn't reflect any adjustments being made on invoices that may be in a batch status. Say for instance an account has a balance of $1600 and there is a PO entered for $1500 leaving a balance of $100. Then an invoice comes in on that PO for $1510 then really all that is available is $90. However what is reflected in the available funds in budget transfer is $100. If that budget transfer gets done for full $100 then when that invoice that's in batch gets updated now the account is over…

ORS option default from PP2 to DC
It would be nice if skyward could come up with something to help convert people when they choose DC after having to be set up as pension plus 2 like how to change all the deductions from one plan to another the adjustments that have to be entered on ORS etc

Report to verify Wisconsin Retirement Hours
To be able to verify per payroll; WRS hours WRS earnings WRS deduction & WRS benefit. The negative impact was the $16000+ we had to pay in back earnings interest & penalties for not deducting WRS on various employees with multiple pay codes plus our time finding those numbers and submitting them to WRS every 6 months for the last 8 years. A report would have been helpful to catch that error years ago and a report would have helped to find the prior year's data vs looking at every single check for every single employee affected. Breakdown of paycodes
The change that I would like to have occur is during the payroll process when pulling hourly data from True Time into payroll. Instead of hours being lumped together with one total I would like to see the breakdown of all pay codes listed individually with hours associated with those codes without having to log into Employee Access to see the breakdown. For example if an employee worked 160 hours for the month and there was a holiday granted and paid time off the totals would look like: hourly 144hrs holiday 8hrs vacation 8hrs. Credit Card vendor match
Yesterday when doing the vendor match a few of the vendors looked very familiar but they weren't available when I looked further the vendors were inactive. Could inactive vendors at least show up to let you know that they are in the system? If I wouldn't have been here so long those names wouldn't have been familiar and may have added a new vendor.

Need Ability to Add More Than 30 Detail Lines
Users cannot add more than 30 detail lines in Detail Line Entry. They have to create 2 RQ's when spreading expenses across 35 schools using the same Invoice number with the suffix of a and b. Users should be able to click and Add More button and add an unlimited number of detail lines (or at lease well over 30).
