Select Multiple Purchase Orders to Print at same time
It would be helpful to be able to highlight multiple lines/multiple purchase orders in the purchase order entry screen and print several PO's at the same time. I know there is a utility to print multiple purchase orders, but it would be much easier to be able to highlight the PO's that you want and hit the print button rather than fumbling around look for the utility and then trying to narrow it down to just the handful that you want to print. Notification when PO gets approved
It would be nice to have an option to send an email to whoever is in charge of doing the ordering of newly approved purchase orders. For example, I do the ordering, but I am not part of the approval process. When a requisition finishes getting the approvals it moves into a batch purchase order. Currently someone has to tell me that the purchase order is out there or I have to physically go check if there is something new. Most people assume that I am notified, but I am not so new purchase orders can sit out in batch…

(1) A Requisition/PO Listing report template can be created for just Batch status POs (WF\PU\RP\RP).
(2) After the report is executed, from My Print Queue, select the report and press the Tasks button.
(3) On the next screen there is a Schedule This button to create a scheduled task for the report.

FASTTRACK - DATA MINING - YEARS OF EXPERIENCE FIELD
Would like to be able to select the Years of Experience from the Available Fields on the Field Selection screen in the FastTrack Applicant Processing DataMining.
When viewing Applications from the Position screen, one of the views is Years Of Experience. I would like to be able to pull that information in FastTrack Applicant Processing DataMining.

The Non-Profile Years of Experience located at the bottom of the Config are not included in Data Mining, and this is specifically called out in the Config, see second screenshot.

Direct Deposit Notification Change Emails Causing Alarm
We have enabled the auto email notification to send to employees when their direct deposit has changed.
However, the system sends an email when you
1. Are setting up a new employee (they had no direct deposit in the system, and now they do since you just got their direct deposit set up)
2. When you change their direct deposit to print instead of "Do not print direct deposit on check run." We commonly change this when the employee is leaving as we cut off their access to employee access.This causes a lot of undue alarm in people. Is…

Product Idea we have some feedback.We will not be considering #1 for development. Best practices in security are constantly changing and bad actors become more resourceful and creative. This is a valid valid email event to me. If a Bad Actor adds a direct deposit number when there wasn’t supposed to be one, that would be something our users would want to be notified about. Even if it does cause alarm, better to be safe then sorry.
We looked into #2 and are not able to duplicate this issue in any environment. We will need to know the exact steps you took to recreate the event.

Add Req Entry Option to make Commodity Codes a REQUIRED field on YDA/YMA requisitions.
More and more districts want to use Commodity Codes, but so often the field is forgotten when the detail is being added.
Add a Purchasing > Setup > Configuration > Req Entry Option to make Commodity Code Field a required field on each line item for YDA, or entire PO for YMA and/or Blanket POs.

Receiving Records, quantities remaining
In Purchasing > Purchasing Activity under the Receiving Records, it would be beneficial to see the records added together to give the remaining quantities yet to be received. I think adding an extra column after "PO Quantity received" titled something like "Line Nbr. Quantity remaining" would be possible.

Add Vendor Address information as Option on Check Reconciliation Report
Check Reconciliation > Reports > Report by Bank has not to sequence by Payee Key. If this option is selection, add additional option to include Payee Address information to the report. This report should drop into Excel with the address information usable on a mail merge. This would allow those who need to follow up on specific checks that have not been cashed to use the file to create mail merge documents to notify the vendors.

Online registration 2 emails for staff
On online registration there should be an option for at least 2 staff email addresses to send the notification that an Online registration has been submitted. We have 7 schools in our district and more than 1 person needs to be notified when an Online Registration is submitted. I can have a notification go to 2 people in the NSOE when an Application submitted. This seems like it would be a really easy fix.

Import detail for budget entry (not Payroll from Salary Negotiations)
It would be great to be able to export and import detail budget line items into budget entry (not just budget numbers but the details). Ex: Pencils $500, Paper $1,000, etc.

Email Group for New Positions posted in FastTrack
We're wanting to determine if it's possible to set up notifications for this use case. The idea is to set up a mailing group (to which people can add themselves) that receives email notifications any time a job is posted, thus preventing people from being unaware of a job offering without manually checking FastTrack.

Add a COMMENT field to Assignment
Add a 30 character free-form text field to EMS/SN > Assignment Maintenance > Assignment Detail .
This field would be used by HR to flag assignments changes throughout the year that are currently managed outside of Skyward.
Most HR departments keep a separate spreadsheet of the internal transfers that have happened during the year; whether the employee resigned, retired or transfer, included who may have replaced the employee.
Associated updates::
1. Assignment Browse should e updated to include the Comment field.

Ability to select multiple checks when reconciling checks using mass add statement date
Currently, mass add statement date provides no option to select multiple checks at one time on WF\AP\CR\CR screen in a simple manner (you can use filters, but they are clunky at best). You should be able to select the first check in a range, then press shift & select the last check in a range to select all checks in that range.

Allow more than 5 accounts to be used in the Skybuild import
Right now, the Skybuild import with the Requisition Detail/Account type only allows for 5 accounts. Please allow for 10 accounts like the other imports.

Time Off Detail Summary Report - remove GROUP subtotal from report
Districts need the ability to just see the totals by Time Off Code. Summary allows that, but it automatically add a GROUP SUB TOTAL to the report. When dropped to Excel this extra sub totals has to be removed before the report is useful. Add a option to Detail Transactions Report to REMOVE the GROUP Sub Totals from the report.
