Survey 5
Is there some way to EXCLUDE terminated employees that receive sick leave, vacation etc payouts from pulling in a Survey 5 extract? If they are terminated and the termination date is NOT within the current school year, this would be tremendously helpful.

Create a widget for supervisors to see who has not submitted their timesheets.
It would be nice to have a dashboard widget for supervisors to see which of their employees under them in the org chart has not submitted their timesheet. Currently they would have to take several steps to see who hasn't submitted but there are supervisors that don't want to get into the weeds and take those extra steps. At this this time it takes me (payroll) telling them who has not submitted.

Preapprove employee travel
Would like travel to be preapproved by the supervisor then be sent back to the employee so they can then submit expenses for reimbursements. This allows the supervisor to know the total cost of the travel so they know that before allowing the travel. Currently, once it is pre-approved, it goes directly to the supervisor, then is an invoice after they approve it.

Add Dedicated Field/Button for Staff TEA ID Number
Please add a dedicated field or button within Staff/Teacher profiles to enter and store the TEA ID number. This information is required for certification verification, TEAL access, reporting, and state compliance for Texas school districts. Having a searchable and reportable TEA ID field would improve accuracy, reduce duplicate tracking, and streamline HR and certification processes.

Allow deleting references
It would be helpful for applicants to have the ability to delete references. Some times applicants will use family as references and we do not accept family references. But there is no way to remove the reference and replace them with a different reference. Also, we would like to be able to add custom instructions for what we are looking for specifically on references. Such as a sentence to let the applicant know that we do not accept family as a reference.

Resetting Password on Mobile App
Due to our Google school email security settings, it is easier for our employees to have a password set up for their access to the Mobile App for time tracking, time off, and viewing their paystubs. I wish that you would be able to reset your password on the mobile app as our users struggle with changing that on the computer (as they can use Google Login there).

Liquidation/Receiving Status When Entering an Invoice
Why does Purchasing > Receiving information NOT communicate with Accounts Payable when entering an invoice on a PO that has already been received? Seems to make receiving the PO pointless. Maybe we don't have everything set up correctly, but wouldn't you want to know if a product has been received when enter the invoice to pay?

Eligible for Comp Time Warning When Actually NOT Eligible...
When our classified employees goes to submit their timesheet and they have over 40 hours (regardless if that 40 had any leave or holiday hours on it) it says they are eligible for compensation time. We do not award comp time when there is leave/holiday hours as a factor. It would be great (perhaps undoable) if the system would not have that warning appear unless they truly are eligible.

changing "print" to "run"
When we are in budgetary data mining and pulling reports, the button says "print" rather than "run." Can you change this to say "run" instead? Print to everyone, especially less frequent users like secretaries, means sending it to a printer, not running a report. This would be very helpful and self-explanatory for users to make the wording match what is actually happening.

Add Totals Button on Web for Filtered Data
In PAC in the Invoice entry screen, (FM\AP\IN\IM) there is a very handy green question mark under the Report button that, when ranges are set to a particular vendor in a particular range, you can find the Total Count of what is displayed on the screen. Currently on the web side you need to run a report, or dump to excel to get a total. Adding a screen total as in PAC would be very beneficial and a time and resource saver!

At Risk Indicators - State of Kansas
New this year to Kansas in the At Risk tab is to check mark each indicator student qualifies for. We have students who may have several indicators that can be marked. Once a mass add is done to add for one indicator, any additional indicators have to be added manually. When we have 3/4 of our district marked ELL and almost have also marked for Dyslexia it is a lot of work to have to add either one manually. To have an option to UPDATE the At Risk tab instead of just overwriting.

Time off Tracker
The time off tracker report is nearly perfect, but it could benefit from an additional column. In the Additional Codes and Settings section, the Time Off Codes and Reasons are listed, but including the Description/Comment section would be very helpful when reviewing time off requests. This section would capture comments from the staff, saving time during the review process.
For example, when a staff member takes a day off on a restricted date and the comment says "Principal approved," we know we don't need to contact the school to verify the restricted day. Individual Password Reset Options
I would like to propose an additional configuration that would allow a district to disable the password reset option by individual user. Currently, the only configuration option to control the ability to reset your own password applies to entire groups of users: Employee/Secured, Guardian, and then Students. Having the ability to add another layer of protection to the database would further reduce risk of compromised accounts. One specific use case: disabling the ability for the Payroll Manager to reset their own password. Instead they could have an established process for requesting a password reset if needed (which would be unknown…

Increase the middle name field character length by one or two letters.
I'm encountering a monthly TRS error related to an employee whose official middle name exceeds the current character limit in the system's middle name field. The final letter of the name cannot be entered, which is triggering the error. Can the middle name field be extended by one character to accommodate the full legal name?

SPEDS
Discussing the additions of SPPI7 and 13, one of the enhancements or ideas we would like for them to consider as they build out that piece is that they consider a trigger logic that will allow us to enter SPPI7 data, but not trigger a submission to Tsds until exit dates are entered.
