Customer Access Additional Information
Regarding service call results, the summary email that is provided is great, but could the same information be added under the "View My Requests" section, or allow the user the ability to add an attachment of the summary in that area? This would be an excellent historical reference and may result in fewer duplicates of submissions because there is something organized to refer back to.

Total Amount Columns on Chart of Accounts
Would like to see amount totals for each column in Chart of Accounts. When a filter is applied for a grant or group of accounts, it would be helpful if the view totaled the filtered accounts. See example attached from Skyward Competitor SchoolsOPEN Finance. Thank you for your consideration.

Mass delete records in maintain extracted TCRS data
We have 300 employees with a Fringe benefit that can not be reported to TCRS (TN specific) and there is no option to mass delete these records in the maintain screen. I have to go one by one to delete each month I have to process the report.

Alternate/Back Up Approvers for Time Off and Time Sheets
It would be useful if there was an option within Time Off Overseer to allow an overseer to not only see a specific supervisor's employees' time off but also be able to approve/deny time off requests when a supervisor is out for reasons such as illness, vacation or personal emergencies. I would also like to see an Overseer option in True Time with this same option. For example School Principals are the supervisors for their respective buildings. It would be quite useful if their Assistant Principal could approve time off and time sheets when Principal is out.

Security Group or System setting to allow use of Skyward Password for Employee Access users
Use a Security Group or a System/authentication setting to allow use of Skyward Password for Employee Access users.
We have many former staff who we would like to provide Employee Access to for one year after they leave. Current employees use their LDAP password and we do not want them to use a Skyward Password. Former Employees do not have an active LDAP account so they must use a Skyward Password.
We have the "Enable Most Secure Authentication Method" option turned on and that is forcing LDAP on the former employees. We can override on an individual basis but would…

Our phone extensions are 6 digits but Skyward only allows 5 digits to be entered. Our Administration is quite adamant that we need this.
We need the phone extension field to be extended to 6 digits from the 5 digits it currently holds.

Time Off Request by Range of Date
Time Off Request by Range of Date does not allow an employee to include a weekend. The current error message reads that "none of the days in the date range are work days" which is misleading. Either make a change for the Request by Range to recognize and allow weekends or update the message to read "one or all of the days...".

On a daily basis we in HR have to export individual assignments due to the addition of a stipend, a degree enhancement, adjust the FTE, to correct an error, etc. Having the capability to export an individual assignment from the “Emp Mgt Asn” screen would be greatly beneficial as a time saver. Using the Assignment Export/Payroll Import works great for exporting large groups of assignments but requires a good deal of clicks and con be time consuming just to export one assignment. Occupant Address Change Buttons
Our users have said that the button choices on the Occupant Address Changes screen attached are not intuitive and have caused for changes to be made that should not be made. The question being asked is a yes/no question but the button choices are ok/cancel. Is there anyway to get the buttons changed to Yes to change and No to not change?

Sometimes we need to understand/make sure that our accounts are flowing through (or set up in) the system correctly. Would there be a way to run a report that would show the "expense" account used and the following levels of "cash", "equity", etc whatever the series of accounts were that were affected by whatever particular account you enter?

Sharing Selection Parameters in True Time Utilities
When you are in True Time > Setup > Utilities > Time Sheets Mass Deny I KNOW that you can share your selection parameters with other users. HOWEVER, when another user tries to use a selection parameter that I have set they are UNABLE to revise the times that the denial is for. Why have a share button if they can't edit all the fields?

color
This is a silly, preference idea but it would just be FABULOUS to be able to have some more color selections in the Skyward > Preferences > User Preferences > Theme Color. Maybe a yellow, orange, teal, or even a customizable color where you could have any color in the world. I only ask as we are just office workers and have to get our joys wherever possible.

allow reimbursement expense code for mileage max amount to be set to the configured 4 decimal places
the reimbursement expense code setup for mileage does not allow the max amount to be set to the configured 4 decimal places. I can set the default amount per IRS value but not the max.
If the federal rate was .675 per mile, I want to set the max rate as .675. Sometimes the fed changes the rate mid year so keeping the max rate as the highest for the year keeps the entry problems down. General Inputs Accounting Register report does not display Sub Fund dimension
The Accounting Register Report from General Inputs (3glupdrl.p) does not display the 10th dimension of the Washington account code, known as Sub Fund. However, the Accounting Register from History – General Inputs report (3glupd06.p) displays the Sub Fund dimension properly.

Enable the COMMENTS field on the PERSONNEL screen to be viewed in PAC
We need to be able to see the Comments field on Personnel in PAC. Our Payroll and Beneefits department work primarily from PAC alone, and they cannot see that field, which shows notes for an employee who has resigned, retired, or been rehired multiple times. When checking benefit and employment information, it is very time consuming to change back and forth. Additionally, it would be great to be able to pull this field in PAC data mining reports.

Mass CHANGE Transaction utility needed (HR\TO\UT)
There is currently a utility within time off that you can Mass Add/Delete Time Off transactions. However, there is no Mass CHANGE time off transactions. This would be extremely helpful when dealing with emergency school closures. For example: A number of employees had sick leave approved for January 12. January 12 ended up being a snow day for staff. Allow Remote Login without System Wide Access
Some district have payroll staff they need to be able to see what an employee sees in Employee Access but are unable to do so unless they are a System Wide User or have System Wide Access to WEB Product Set. They do not need system wide access but need to be able to do this to verify information when troubleshooting an issue. The ability to use Web Login with look up only security would be ideal.
