  2. Custom Standards-Based Report Card

    Custom Standards-Based Report Card We need to have the ability to display the students Add On Bonus GPA. We can add the Term GPA as a Skyward field but that is not accurate for our high flying students to display the bonis GPA.

    Custom report cards should allow to select custom fields.

  3. Fix for Certification Import Utility - Texas

    Is there a plan to fix the Certification Import Utility for Texas? If not, we would like a feature that allows us to keep any records that have the Scope Description of "Manually Entered". We are having to do a lot of tedious, manual edits to our file to prevent the data loss of these records. It would speed up our process and ensure the data is cleaner if we had the option to ignore manually entered certifications during imports.

  4. Add Web-Style Employee Selection Parameters to Mass Change Pay Record Account Numbers Utility

    Even though the Mass Change Pay Record Account Numbers utility has been migrated to Web, the employee selection parameters mirror PaC-style selection, and do not offer any of the newer selection options (primary pay account code, assignment, etc.), nor can we utilize selection by Processing List.

    These newer selection methods are invaluable when trying to reconfigure the accounts within existing pay codes to mirror current primary pay account structure. We cannot mass delete/recreate pay codes due to potential loss of historical data, so the accounts need to be updated periodically, but as employees move around, so do the dimensions of…

  5. Supervisors Able to Delete Employees' Time Off Transactions

    Right now supervisors cannot delete their employees' time off transactions (or edit them until approved). Skyward customer access suggests the employee or supervisor to put in a negative transaction instead of editing/deleting the original. We don't want to do this - that's messy and it's difficult enough to get our staff to input leave transactions let alone enter a negative leave transaction.

  6. Allocated Leave Column

    Under Human Resources > Employee Profile > Time Off > Setup the allocation column shows the number of hours allocated the entire time that that employee has been in Skyward. It would be AWESOME if we could adjust this to be the beginning of the fiscal year.

  7. Check box to indicate that an employee is a rehired annuitant for Wisconsin WRS.

    I would love to have a check box somewhere that indicates an employee is a rehired annuitant for WRS. If it was able to be picked as a field in data mining it might eliminate the need for a separate spreadsheet for tracking rehired annuitants.

  8. Ability to place term dates/reasons in Mass Deactivate Option

    Since the mass deactivate option was released, it allows a user to mass remove resigning employees from security groups. I'd like to see this have some more options. I'd also like to have the ability to add term dates and term reasons via the mass deactivate feature. This would be of a tremendous help when teachers all have a last day of 8/31, with the reason "resigned." It would allow us to save time as we would not have to touch every employee that has resigned. We could mass deactivate them in Employee Profile.

  9. It would be really great if most screens had filters so the user can adjust, organize, hide and resize columns etc to our needs.

    It would be a lot more time efficient without having to do all the scrolling to get to a last column when a lot of the middle columns are not needed for each report, etc.

  10. Quick Void - Not show Regular Check in Skyward Web

    If we do a quick void on a payroll check, it would be nice that the "regular" check that was voided would not show in Skyward Web for employees to see. I understand showing the Voids, but I think that is more confusing for employees.

    It would be a HUGE enhancement to have a vendor "application" system that worked the same way as FastTrack. A separate login page for vendors to enter their own information to register/apply with the district as a vendor that allow them to enter information into the fields from the Vendor Profile screens that we prescribe. That application could then be rolled to Vendor Profile, just as employment applications are rolled to Employee Profile. Vendors could have the ability to upload attachments (W-9s, contracts, red light/green light letters, etc.) and district staff could screen and approve the vendors' applications. If follow…

  15. Pennsylvania retirement

    Per the instructions for PA retirement processing of demographics, the address needs to be in LINE 3 instead of line 1. It auto-populates into line 1. Since the configuration for the retirement demographics requires line 3, can it be reconfigured so that it populates into line 3 so that every single employee does not need to be adjusted?

  16. Allow default email format to be in upper case

    We prefer to have all our HR data in all caps. Under PS\CA\SE\PS\CF\AU\ES, we can set the Default Email Format, but the part before the @ symbol is always lower-case. Please provide the option for the field to be Upper case, or let it use the case of the fields chosen (for example, we choose to use the First.Last in the email address, and even though the First and Last name fields are typed in all upper case, the Default Email Format pulls it in as lower-case).

  18. FastTrack Open Position Landing Page

    Currently, FastTrack only has two configuration options for viewing current job openings. Option 1 is a posting of all jobs in one continuous feed, and Option 2 is to use the Categorization conjuration allowing applicants to filter by categories created. The FUNCTIONALITY CHANGE would be for the ability to select both options and allow for the applicant to select either of the two options on the landing page under Search Current Job Openings and the two options would be VIEW all Job Openings or Use Categories to filter for Job Openings.

  20. Years of Experience

    We would like to make the years of service automatically update when a person hits their anniversary date. Example: Katie's first day is 7/1/22 we want the system to automatically update me to 1 year on 7/1/23. Or if my first day is 12/15/22 on 12/15/23 we want the system to automatically roll me to 1 year of service. This way we do not have to do the years of service roll every year.
