ACA Date Range on Report
When you are working in payroll in the "Payroll Worksheet" there is an option to do a report. This report is very useful, but it does not show the ACA Date Range that was used for that worksheet.
It would be extremely helpful for the report to include that information so you can detect issues with the ACA hours and you can verify that this information has been updated as you are checking the worksheet report.3 votes -

Would it be possible to have the credit card import recognize purchase order numbers? Currently, the import only recognizes account codes. Most of our purchases are associated with purchase orders. We would like the charges to attach to purchase orders so the amounts are reduced on the po. Is this possible?3 votes -
Fix Print Screen
If you are in the employee profile and try to print a time sheet from TrueTime the print screen does not work properly. It prints to the size of the window instead of the size of the information. For example if you have the window full screen it will print the time sheet very tiny. If you have the window shrunk so the it is the size of the timesheet it will print correctly. Please fix so that it auto resizes when you are trying to print so you don't end up with super tiny unreadable timesheet printouts. See attachment…

1095-C Export/Import
I know there is an import area with the 1095-C forms, however there doesn't seem to be an export. I would find it much easier and quicker if I could export a report from Skyward, make necessary changes, and import it back into Skyward. This would speed up the process considerably and make it easier to see discrepancies. The report I suggest would be the exact same information that is in the employee profile under the ACA Information tab and 1095-C Info. Our State and Federal Reporting Department recommends running the 1095 Tracker and exporting it to excel to fill in the fields as applicable. You can also add additional fields to it if necessary then format the 1095 import to follow that format (updating for each month).

Fix the 'Tab Selection Order' and screen spacing when entering True Time
A) On True Time>Quick Tracking when there is second entry, but strangely NOT when there is only one entry, the tab order causes the screen to jump around when trying to enter data, instead of the fields being in screen order 1,2,3,4,5 when pressing the tab key they are in 1,3,4,5,2 order.
B) The time entry window (B) size is a fixed size, and the extra padding added to the 'start time' and 'end time' fields forces the inner form to always require a scroll to enter data. Capital Asset with multiple PO's or invoices
Many projects are paid for over a period of time. Currently, you have two choices - 1) when adding an asset, only attach one PO or invoice and add notes or 2) add multiple records for what should be considered one asset. The second option is the one our district had done in the past. I think it would be extremely beneficial to be either to link multiple PO's/invoices and to be able to merge assets

Fix Tab Order
It would be helpful to have the tabs hit both the account Amount and the Account Percentage field while in the AP invoice entry screen. Currently it will tab correctly on the first line and then it will skip to the Account Percent for following lines, which the Account Amount is the more used filed. See attached

vendor browse
When you select a vendor to view in PAC that is inactive, It automatically takes you to the web. Apparently it is because you cannot inactivate a vendor in PAC, so if you are wanting to make any changes to the vendor profile (like reactivating) it has be be done in web. If I am trying to view it, I should be able to see it in PAC. I can understand if I hit the edit button that it would go to the web, but I am only selecting the vendor in the display screen. This is very time consuming.…

Screener Access
Have the ability to assign multiple screener groups to postings. Your group would be determined by your assignment/location. Part I - If you are an administrator you have xyz rights. If you are a secretary you have abc rights. Part II - then your access would only be to the site that your assignment is at.

Allow leave balance in EA to be seen but no entering of leave requests
I would like employees to see how much Emergency Paid Sick Leave they have left, but NOT have access to enter that leave.
This might be useful for other types of leave too, i.e. only I can enter unpaid time off, but employees can not see that. Thank you!

Navigate to Product Setup > Employee Access > Time Off Setup > Request Options tab, then edit, then uncheck the box “Allow Time Off request in group 9”
Group 9 is a special code typically used for Time Off Requests like Emergency Sick Paid Leave.

Need to Remove Requirement for Gender Selection
When entering a new employee, we are forced to assign a gender under the Personal Information tab. We have individuals who choose NOT to gender identify. The system will not let us pass unless we make a gender selection. We need to either be able to leave this blank or at the very least have the option to select other or no selection.

Would it be possible to have a Purchase Order filter option based on "Received" purchase orders?
Would it be possible to create a Purchase Order viewing filter based on "Received" Purchase Orders? Otherwise a lot of time is wasted going through each and every open P.O. to see if it has been "Received" in Skyward. Thanks!

Add district defined Position Control apha-numeric 8 digit number
Would like to see a Position Control Number that appends to the beginning of the Assignment Description when displayed. Also should be able to search by this field.

Ability to attach multiple account clearance groups to one user.
I would like to see the option to attach multiple account codes to one user in the Account Clearance Groups. We have users that use more than one group. Currently you can only select one and if they need to use a different account group we have to manually change it every time. For example, the Curriculum department has multiple account groups assigned to them in Product Setup/Account Groups. Based on the rest of the question, we believe you are talking about assigning Account Clearance groups to Credit Card groups, which is a little bit different. What is the reason that an Account Clearance Group needs to be assigned to the Credit Card Groups?
When talking about the Credit Card Group configuration, I am assuming what is being said is that one or more Credit Card Groups have an Account Clearance Group assigned to them. It is true that an individual Credit Card Group can have only one Account Clearance Group assigned. But, typically, Account Clearance Groups are not assigned to a Credit Card Group. Credit card transactions pdf
Would it be possible to get the credit card transaction to appear somewhere on the PO? We attach the receipts to the transaction but are not able to view these documents on the PO. That is a tremendous amount of work that takes place in order to attach receipts to a transaction and then not be able to view it later withing the po. It takes me 21 clicks to attach a receipt.
