Requisition detail per-line discount
Currently, there is no way to add a discount percentage for a detail line. I have a quote from a vendor that shows a percentage discount per line, but there is no way to input that in the line item, the column "% Disc" just shows '0'. Per Skyward support, I have to manually figure the discount myself and add an additional line to subtract.

In SMS 2.0 you are able to add a flat discount for a Vendor which gets applied to all line items for that vendor. The result of that discount is what you would see on the Requisition screen in the %Discount column and should be applied automatically.
This is the first time we’ve heard of Vendors providing separate discounts depending on the item purchased. We would need to understand this use case more thoroughly and have more support from the Skyward user community prior to considering it for development.

An additional place for a name on the mailing address
I think there should be a place to add an additional name on the mailing address portion of the vendor. Sometimes the name to mail to is different than the main name. It would be nice to be able to put that name in, not just the address.

Please do not get rid of the PAC, FM, AP invoice process.
Using the PAC is much more efficient than using the web for running the weekly check run. Each of the reports within the AP process, you are able to save them in one spot in the PAC, where as running this in the web, you have to save the reports outside of Skyward which creates issues on our end.

Grand Total line needed in report
The report used in the web under Payroll - RE - HI - AD, needs a grand total line at the end of the report for all deductions that are selected. It only totals each one separately.

Grand total lines already exist on this report, but there are a lot of different ways/options to run this report.
Could you explain the specific scenario and settings you’ve selected where you want a Grand Total but are not getting it on the report?

Time Off Calendar selection in Profile [Web]
would really love it if the ability to change years when selecting the time off calendar was formatted like it is when you are in the TRS Calculate New member payment date section. the way we do it now is cumbersome by opening it, selecting the filter, finding the calendar, etc. this would make it much more efficient for the times when you need to add or change a calendar manually [which can be often]. thank you for your consideration.

ALL SKYWARD PRESET REPORTS SHOULD INCLUDE THE EMPLOYEE ID/NAMEID
Every preset report should automatically include either the employee ID or NameKey (as long as they are consistent). Some reports have the name key. Some reports are LFM, some are Last Name, First, Middle in separate columns with no employee ID. I will use the Time Off Tracker as an example. It defaults with all three names in separate columns. I find myself constantly pulling a data mining reports and running VLOOKUP to add an employee ID or employee type to a report. How about some consistency? If they all had Name ID we all would have to manually manipulate…

The SMS 2.0 strategy behind canned reports was that each report was built with input from customers on what they wanted and needed at that time. The benefit to that strategy was that each report was designed in such a way that is was unique to that area.
As times have changed it has come at the cost of consistency across the system. This strategy was something Skyward shifted with our Qmlativ product where we have one stop shop for Report Management with a Report Designer and a Data Mining Designer.
Do you have specific reports that you’d like updated with a NameKey option in the parameters?

Project/Grant Reports
In FM/Account Management, Project/Grant Management Reports, Account Activity Report, it doesn't have the option to export to Excel. Could there be an option to add it like the rest of the data mining reports? Thank you.

In Data Mining, please add the option back to create a Raw Text file. This makes it easier/faster to parse data.

Fixed Asset Addition report
On the additions report, the date Skyward uses is the Record date. This date should be the Date in Service record found on the Depreciation tab.

We have evaluated the request. Our biggest consideration is that not everyone uses depreciation, so there is not always going to be a Date in Service to use. Changing the report could have a negative impact on many of Skyward users.

ACH Check Request Option
Please allow the option for ACH Check Request for SBAA. We currently have several online payments that have to be entered as journal entries, which means the information is not being included in the vendor 1099 information.

This functionality exists in Qmlativ, where Activity Accounting (aka SBAA in SMS 2.0) mirrors most everything in Core Finance including eCommerce, Credit Cards, and ACH.
Some alternative solutions to try in SMS 2.0 include:
1. Run ACH payments through Accounts Payable.
2. Physically run a check in lieu of the ACH payment.
3. Continue to post the journal entries (not recommended by Skyward) and alter the 1099 reporting at the end of the year.Thank you.

Account numbers on receipt total report
We would like the Receipt Totals Report to include the revenue account detail. Currently, the only report we found that gives the revenue account for the accounting department is the receipt totals report. We would also like it to print on the receipt totals page. Thanks for considering.

Journal Entry-Back button
Please consider moving the location of the back button on the Submit Journal Entry Screen. It is right below the Save and Finish Later and can accidentally be selected in error. Also, a warning screen to ask you are you sure you want to go back and not save!

Invoice Entry Filter Button
In the invoice entry screen when you are in the "Add Accounts" pop-up it would be very helpful to have an account filter button. This would allow you to figure out account numbers that you don't know the full string of numbers. For example you know that it is for the high school (location 400) and that it is for volleyball (162121) but you are not sure about the object then it will let you filter the things you do know and help you narrow down to the account you need. Check request notifications
In the expense reimbursements, there is an option to send a summary email notification for invoices waiting to be generated. This is a great feature but also be VERY beneficial if we could have the same option for check requests. This would then have both programs working the same way, not really an enhancement here but a system function issue. Thanks for considering.

Employee Access, Check Estimator
It would be helpful if the Check Estimator did not include deductions that have termed /expired. There is no use in putting an end date in the profile if we have to delete it from their profile for them not to show up on the check estimator. Most times, employees have no idea what benefits they have. It's nice for us to see past codes. But we have to delete them for the employee not to see them.

Color Code options for Employee Profile and other menus.
In Employee Profile, an option to customize the color of each tab that appears on the left hand side (Employee, Position, Tax, etc) would be nice. It would be great to have "Employee" in purple, "Position" in green, "Tax" in Red etc. It would be a lot easier and faster to find the option that I am looking for.

Reports
Would it be possible to change the notification of a denied requisition? I attached a copy of a denied requisition. It seems the denied part of the message does not stand out from the rest of the message. Could it be in italics, different color, bolded just something that makes the reason a requisition was denied stand out better?
