Purchase Orders
There needs to be a better way to process purchase orders. The first improvement I would make is when you're batching purchase orders. When reviewing the Report of Batch POs, Reversals it would be nice if that report would indicate if the order will be an ecommerce or submitted via email once processed. The second improvement I would suggest is that when submitting a purchase order there should be a required indicator of whether the order will be placed by the person submitting the requisition or by the person processing the batch. True Time = Updating time sheets into seperate Worksheet Selections
Within True Time = when UPDATING time sheets, if there was a button where we could individually HOLD or SELECT a specific time sheet to go into a different WORKSHEET SELECTION. For example, I am pulling in teachers time sheets and I want a couple of this group to go into a different worksheet because they need to be paid on a different date then the rest.

Add a number of User Defined Fields to Personnel Tab that are Reportable.
There are a couple of fields we would get great use out of that we would like added to Skyward, but we realize that each district is different, so it would be great if each district could define those fields themselves, and report on them.
Example: We very much would benefit from an Insurance Eligibility Date, an OPEB Eligibility Date (would be even better if this one had history similar to Leave History, but also with an FTE field linked to it), and an OPEB Eligible field with Yes/No as drop-drop down or radio button.

Processing TRS in 2 FY
Distinguishing between July, August and September Starts. Documentation suggests that Employee Types are tied to paid start dates. We should have the option to generate a list using Employee Types and then delete specific employees before processing.

Include option to print budgetary reports to Word.
In PaC, we were able to export the report to Word or Excel. Now, with the latest updated, we are only able to export to Excel. I know we can convert the Adobe printed report to Word, but that is an enhancement that you have to purchase with Adobe and if I want to combine a summary & detail reports into one file, the process is more complex and doesn't work well....print to Adobe, convert to Word, then do the same to the other report, but when you copy one report to the other, the reports headers get funky. Mass Change Utilities
Utilities that have the ability to mass delete entries (particular example is placement tracker) obviously have the ability to find all the data affected by that particular entry. Instead of having to delete entries and roll back processes to reenter processes due to a miskeying of information, allow the utility to edit the trackers instead.

Under personnel tab - comment section, it does not allow allow enough room to enter comments.
Under personnel tab, comment section, can you allow more room to type text in the comment field? There is not enough room and we document many things under that tab for employees.

Add contract override to employee management
In Florida for surveys you are required to have a matrix and have employees on the matrix, however if you give a raise that is not based on the matrix or performance pay you cannot possibly have a matrix that has 500 or more different amounts on it. We need to be able to place employees on a matrix, but then have a contract override amount that pays them with their raise amount.

Employee Access
When employees leave it would be great to have one place to update their personal email and check a box that all communication goes to that personal email. Instead right now, I have to update the first email in employee profile AND go and update the email in employee access and then send them another account reset link just for them to keep access. In addition, it would be awesome to have a box for departing staff that says "grant employee access until......" we could then fill in a date and forget it. Instead right now, I have to somehow…

export to excel
When reports can be converted from a PDF to an excel format, the data should align correctly with their column heading. An example of this would be the Requisition/PO Listing WF/PU/RP. Thanks

We’ve looked into this request and are unable to consider it at this time.
Reports that have stacked headers and stacked detail lines do not drop to excel gracefully. One option that is used by some users is filtering the browse and dumping those results to excel.

Web Invoice Processing retention field
Have the ability to retain an account number in the Web invoice entry. PAC would automatically pop up the last used number so if I am entering 20 food service invoices I don't have to re-type the same account number 20 times.

Add Utility to import Access Codes to True TIme.
Currently, must use Create Badge Import with Create Access Code option. Recommend splitting the Create Access Code option from the Badge Import to make it easier to import Access Codes that are not tied to a badge.

Payroll department needs to be able to change pay codes without denying timesheet
Payroll really needs to be able to change the pay code when they are processing True Time. Too many people select the wrong pay when clocking in on the app which then reduces the annualized pay amount and charges the funds to another, incorrect, account number.
The process of having to go in deny it, wait for the employee to change, then get re-approved is not efficient whatsoever!6 votesHave you tried any of the following suggestions?
(1) Have you tried excluding pay codes that you don’t want? There is the ability to exclude pay codes that you don’t want employees tracking time against from True Time. This can be done with district wide or by timekeeping rule.
(2) You mentioned the app. Does that mean that the employees are having the biggest issue on the mobile app? When employees have multiple pay codes to track time against. the primary pay code is indicated in pretenses. This should happen automatically.
(3) Is it a business practice to deny the Time Sheet, wait for the employee to change it, re-approve and re-submit? HR should have the ability to update the pay code from the Employee Profile in the Web.

Select Multiple Purchase Orders to Print at same time
It would be helpful to be able to highlight multiple lines/multiple purchase orders in the purchase order entry screen and print several PO's at the same time. I know there is a utility to print multiple purchase orders, but it would be much easier to be able to highlight the PO's that you want and hit the print button rather than fumbling around look for the utility and then trying to narrow it down to just the handful that you want to print. It would save a lot of time if you could just select multiple and print them at…

Notification when PO gets approved
It would be nice to have an option to send an email to whoever is in charge of doing the ordering of newly approved purchase orders. For example, I do the ordering, but I am not part of the approval process. When a requisition finishes getting the approvals it moves into a batch purchase order. Currently someone has to tell me that the purchase order is out there or I have to physically go check if there is something new. Most people assume that I am notified, but I am not so new purchase orders can sit out in batch…

(1) A Requisition/PO Listing report template can be created for just Batch status POs (WF\PU\RP\RP).
(2) After the report is executed, from My Print Queue, select the report and press the Tasks button.
(3) On the next screen there is a Schedule This button to create a scheduled task for the report.

FASTTRACK - DATA MINING - YEARS OF EXPERIENCE FIELD
Would like to be able to select the Years of Experience from the Available Fields on the Field Selection screen in the FastTrack Applicant Processing DataMining.
When viewing Applications from the Position screen, one of the views is Years Of Experience. I would like to be able to pull that information in FastTrack Applicant Processing DataMining.

Direct Deposit Notification Change Emails Causing Alarm
We have enabled the auto email notification to send to employees when their direct deposit has changed.
However, the system sends an email when you
1. Are setting up a new employee (they had no direct deposit in the system, and now they do since you just got their direct deposit set up)
2. When you change their direct deposit to print instead of "Do not print direct deposit on check run." We commonly change this when the employee is leaving as we cut off their access to employee access.This causes a lot of undue alarm in people. Is…

Product Idea we have some feedback.We will not be considering #1 for development. Best practices in security are constantly changing and bad actors become more resourceful and creative. This is a valid valid email event to me. If a Bad Actor adds a direct deposit number when there wasn’t supposed to be one, that would be something our users would want to be notified about. Even if it does cause alarm, better to be safe then sorry.
We looked into #2 and are not able to duplicate this issue in any environment. We will need to know the exact steps you took to recreate the event.
