Allow the order of NSOE step to be changed
We would like to be able to change the order of the steps in NSOE. For instance, we want to have parents fill out step 6 (custom forms) before adding requested documents (step 5).

It'd be nice to have the student status tied to the E/W records. T
Sometimes we have are made aware that a student will be withdrawing in a few days or a week, and we'd like to enter that withdraw record with the future date as we find out about it, but still allow the student to be active until that date hits. Same with enter dates. Sometime they don't start for a week or two but it'd be nice to push through the enrollment and have that student go active on the future date.

Special programs reminder on entry/withdrawal
Currently, in the entry/withdrawal, if a student has a special program tab, it prompts us to add or drop when a student is adding or dropping. There are two new tabs under the Special Programs that do not have this "reminder". It is the SAAP and the Method of Instruction. It would be nice if it would automatically que us to remember to close out those records.

NSOE change field name of SSN to Student's SSN
Could you change the field Social Security Number to Student's Social Security Number? It's right under Mom's Maiden Name and often our parents enter their SSN instead of the student's SSN. That would help with confusion.

New Student Online Enrollment check for matches an option to also change values for existing records. We have found that when checking for matches because a student is already existing registrars are getting frustrated guardians don't always fill out the form exactly right or the student was put in the system with missing information. For example on the NSOE application a parent is asked for a previous district and school. If the school chooses to use the existing student record in the system when choosing the matches the existing record doesn't have those fields the application can't be approved because…

Add a Family to a student by Family ID
We have so many situations when a parent be required to enroll/register their children at multiple schools in our district. If one registrar searches for them by using a parent's middle name, another uses the parent's middle initial, and another one leaves it out entirely then we end up having to combine multiple accounts. We do keep stressing to them to check for matches. If the student is already registered and they need to add a Family #2, if they could have the screen open of a sibling and pick that same family ID number instead of having to type…

Make the person who is withdrawing a student enter their initials to a question - "Do you have appropriate documentation to withdraw?"

NSOE - Guardian's Additional Information for Student
There is a field where guardians can give any extra information that they feel is important for the student they are enrolling. The problem we have is that the information is only available once you click to process or view the application. 1. There is no option to turn this field off (we could use a custom form to capture this) or 2. have the information print on the Quick Print report where you can print the application and all the custom forms in one place. We would like one of the two options made available to accurately process applications.

Automated email for student enrolling with existing IEP
We do not utilize the integrated IEP features of SMS 2.0, but would like to have the option to send automated emails to specified staff when a new student enrolls or re-enrolls who has an existing IEP status. This simple alert would allow procedures to begin much more quickly.

Fee Managment Balance and Total of OUtstanding Textbooks
Would it be possible to add the dollar amount of outstanding fees as well as any textbooks the student has assigned under the ENTRY/WITHDRAWAL tab? This will alert the campus registrar and facilitate access that data within the same location (entry/with tab) and will enforce to zero out any fees and return textbooks before withdrawing the student.

Please add a date option to run for "Today" so that this report can be scheduled to run daily and report today's enrollment count.

End date for all programs
When a student is withdrawn from the school/district it would be great if that date would automatically be the end date for all programs the student is in--GT, ESL, Special Ed, etc.

It would be nice if the default scheduling transaction effective date in Skyward would populate as the next calendar day instead of the next scheduled day of school when dropping a student. Having it be the next scheduled day of school causes problems with SCAs and exiting a student. It seem counterintuitive for a user to have to change a date that Skyward autopopulates.

Future withdraw
It would be most helpful if we could enter a future withdraw date for a student, make all of the selections/choices that are presented (like current/next year status changes, schedule drops, etc.), then have a process trigger the withdraw in the evening of the withdraw date.
Currently, we cannot properly complete a future withdraw because there are handy options that are available during the withdraw process.

Add street name to Enrollment Application Processing table so registrars can see if the student is enrolling in the correct campus without having to open the application.

Dual Enrollment Warning for Inactive Record
If Dual Enrollment settings only apply to Active student enrollment records then we need another popup that will warn customer that the student about to be enrolled has an existing enrollment in the future.

Add NEW Address and Phone Field to Check Out Form
We would like to see a section on the Check Out Form to add the student's NEW Address and Phone once they leave our district. The report currently being used is in the E/W Tab - Quick Print. Please see attached. The first page is the Skyward form and the second page is our old ProSoft SIS form which worked very well. The secretary is now handwriting the new info which is negative. And honestly our old form was a much cleaner form.
