Vendor Application System
It would be a HUGE enhancement to have a vendor "application" system that worked the same way as FastTrack. A separate login page for vendors to enter their own information to register/apply with the district as a vendor that allow them to enter information into the fields from the Vendor Profile screens that we prescribe. That application could then be rolled to Vendor Profile, just as employment applications are rolled to Employee Profile. Vendors could have the ability to upload attachments (W-9s, contracts, red light/green light letters, etc.) and district staff could screen and approve the vendors' applications. If follow…

Pennsylvania retirement
Per the instructions for PA retirement processing of demographics, the address needs to be in LINE 3 instead of line 1. It auto-populates into line 1. Since the configuration for the retirement demographics requires line 3, can it be reconfigured so that it populates into line 3 so that every single employee does not need to be adjusted?

Allow default email format to be in upper case
We prefer to have all our HR data in all caps. Under PS\CA\SE\PS\CF\AU\ES, we can set the Default Email Format, but the part before the @ symbol is always lower-case. Please provide the option for the field to be Upper case, or let it use the case of the fields chosen (for example, we choose to use the First.Last in the email address, and even though the First and Last name fields are typed in all upper case, the Default Email Format pulls it in as lower-case).

Assignment Export/Payroll Import
Update the parameters for Payroll Imports to include "Get hours worked from assignment" (calendar hrs/frequency). Similar to the Retirement Hours Option.

FastTrack Open Position Landing Page
Currently, FastTrack only has two configuration options for viewing current job openings. Option 1 is a posting of all jobs in one continuous feed, and Option 2 is to use the Categorization conjuration allowing applicants to filter by categories created. The FUNCTIONALITY CHANGE would be for the ability to select both options and allow for the applicant to select either of the two options on the landing page under Search Current Job Openings and the two options would be VIEW all Job Openings or Use Categories to filter for Job Openings.

annual allocation description
It would be nice if the annual allocation descriptions could be edited when allocating time off at the beginning of the year. Right now, it reads as "Annual Allocation - supplemental" but it's not supplemental time. I would rather the description say "Annual Allocation"

While zip codes cannot be added through WF/AM, you can add them through Web Financial Management under Vendor > Codes > Zip Codes. This will bring up the zip codes tables where you can freely add. You will need at least level 3 security access for the add button to appear.

Multiple building available on profile under personel
On the employee profile it would be a great benefit to security access if there were multiple buildings available. Currently we have one "Other Building". Please add two more. This would allow us to restrict security groups to an employees building(s) without opening and setting their ranges. We have a considerable amount of employees that are assigned to a building but also need access to others. Managing ranges is our only option and presents a security risk.

Make the Font larger for addresses
Please increase the Font on the address for the Food Service Report for Payor Balance Reports. The font is so small and hard to read. I have had several complaints from numerous people including from mail carriers.

Person Count Report by Building-all together
In the Employee Administration, Reports, Person Count Report- I'd like an option to have the report tell me how many of each staff type (teacher/support staff/admin/food service, etc) there are by building without having to run each building separately. Sort by? How many staff, by type, are at each building. (see attached - each building could be displayed like this, one right after the other with a total at the end.) Also, when you run this report for one building, the parameters (building name) are not shown on the report - that would also be helpful to indicate what information…

add Hospitalized and Homebound fields to datamining
It would be extremely helpful to be able to datamine the homebound and hospitalized radial fields on the Special Prgrms>Hmbnd/Hosp tab. All other fields are available but with these two options missing the data isn't very informative.

Use HTML or custom markup to decorate text in Messages and Emails.
It would be great to be able to enter HTML tags to markup text, especially for something as simple as bold text.

Allow more options from the student profile to be added to transcripts.
We should be able to add all of the information that is in a student's profile to a transcript. For example, the student type, Special Ed status, 504 status, program enrollment. I'm using the custom transcript feature to create custom Cohort Tracker report for PA Act 158. Most specifically, I need to only show courses and grades of a certain course type.

SBAA adding attachments to PO requestions
When you add a PO requisition in SBAA you have to back out to requisition list to add an attachment. They would like the ability to add an attachment while entering the requisition. When you back out to add the attachment, you then have edit the requisition to submit it. Too many steps

browse, report or data mine the "earned bilingual-bicultural education (1023) supplement" check box
Currently there is no way to see who has the "earned bilingual-bicultural education (1023) supplement" check box marked in the certification tab in employee profile. It would be helpful to be able to see this in either the employee browse screen or be able to pull it in a data mine

Add a "Selected Year Original Budget" column option to the Chart of Accounts
It would be helpful during budget monitoring/planning to have a column in the Chart of Accounts for Selected Year Original Budget. Currently there is only an option for Selected Year Revised Budget. Users are able to run a report of the original budget through Budgetary Data Mining, but the Chart of Accounts provides a much quicker view / filter feature.

Modify screens in SBAA and Purchasing
It would be great if we could modify our screens to better fit our needs. LIke deleting rows that aren't fitting our needs. Currenlty in purchasing you can modify and find your modifications under CLONES but there is no ability in SBAA to do the same. And rather than cloning I just want to remove columns

2. What information are you looking to adjust, and under which menu paths? (Check Requests, Cash Receipts, Journal Entries, Purchase Orders?)
3. How does this change affect your day to day duties?
