  1. Would like to be able to MASS allocate SNOW DAY hours for all hourly employees for their contracted day by employee type.

    would like for an option in the calendar that allows the creation of hours added to a timesheet for a snow day similarly to the holiday hours.

  2. TRS Base Gross totals tie out to Check Register

    When working on the per pay period Gemini report to submit to TRS (Illinois)
    I click the Summary Report and checked it against the check register's Base Gross under the Retirement deductions.

    I'm usually off by the non-contributory earnings and the retiree earnings. These two types of pay are included in the earnings totals in the TRS Gemini Summary Report.
    I think the non-contributory earnings and retiree earnings should be listed separately!
    This would be helpful because we can then tie it back to the check register Base Gross!!!

    Currently there no way I can modify the TRS Gemini Summary…

  3. Import Account Numbers

    Import feature to upload a CSV file of new account numbers. This is allowed in the original/preliminary budget upload (to automatically add new accounts), but when we get new codes throughout the year, especially grants, we have to manually add each new account number.

  4. Combine Employee Contact Information

    Format employee data so that address and phone/email can be viewed on one "contact information" page. Clicking from one area to the other to get this information is very cumbersome.

    On the Employee Profile screen, towards the top of the screen there is a customize button - with this you can choose to have specific employee information pinned onto the screen for easier viewing of the data you wish to see.

    I have included an attachment of the button on Employee Profile with the options available to you.

  5. Add PO to Invoice Import

    The requisition/purchase order function is an important cost/classification control process that is used extensively by many customers. The ability to import invoices, with ties to PO’s seems a natural extension of this process and could save customers many hours of manual input. Most other accounting software systems do this, so we believe this is a reasonable enhancement to request.

  6. subtracking

    When our Substitutes cover for an Open Position and the Subbed For is left blank, can we have it also be blank in their Employee Access so when they view their Sub Transactions it does not say *INVALID KEY*? It looks so messy and has a negative tone by using the word INVALID. If that could be removed it would look so much cleaner and accurate. Thank you!

  7. Add Matching Custom Forms Tab Option to Employee Access

    The Custom Forms tab that was once a mess under Student Management continues to plague the Employee area of the Finance System. We have SO MANY different forms that the Custom Forms tab under Employee Profile is just a long disorganized list of scrolling and truncated names. Because we clone forms on an annual basis, this makes things messier because we then have to hover over them to make sure you're selecting the correct one. The staff dealing with these forms are too busy to find the needle in the haystack so to speak, so the format needs to match…

    This option does currently exist within the Business Suite.


    The option can be located through Web Human Resources > Employee > Setup > Configurations > Employee Configurations.


    You can then select Custom Forms and there will be the option "Display Custom Forms in Employee Profile as:"  Select the option "A browse" and save.


    You will then see the Active/Inactive tabs as you are expecting.

  8. PDF of PO

    I would like to be able to view a PDF of a PO that has been attached to an invoice from the 'view' hyperlink located next to the PO number within the invoice vs. having to manually attach each individual PO PDF to the invoice in the PO filing cabinet.

  9. Please Update the Landing Page for FastTrack apply now button

    Please create two buttons on the apply page. One for New Users and One for Existing Applicants. What appears now is small font and hard to read. It should stand out and be clear on what to do based on whether you are new and want to apply now or you have an existing login.

  10. Add Vendor Phone # to Vendor Info on Profile

    Add Vendor Phone # to Vendor Info on Profile - this will eliminate the need to open a new window or get out of Invoices and going to General Tab to get the phone number while working with vendor on AP Invoice issues

    In Vendor Browse (Web Financial Management > Vendor > Vendor Browse), you do also have the ability to create a custom filter which would allow you to see the phone number easily and re-arrange the fields to fit your needs.

  11. FastTrack Applicant Reference Update

    Would like an update for applicants to be able to change their references. The 1 year configuration in position set up is not working. We have applicants that originally applied for Aide positions 3-4 years ago that now have teacher certifications. They would like to update reference for their teaching experience. Even after purging the application the references still came back after their social was reentered. The old references are not valid for the position currently applying for. Please consider adding an update for applicants to change their references.

  15. Time Off Attendance Report for Date Range Defined.

    Add an "Attendance" Report to Time Off. In this report it would have a designated date range, and the district must choose the Time Off codes to be included with calculating the attendance.

    The goal would be to find all employees how had NO USED DAYS for the codes selected during the date range. If they have not used a day then they were in attendance.

  16. Online Forms - setting option for Skyward notification to form author that due date is coming up

    We would like to have the option within the Online Forms Master to display a reminder to the author/creator of the form, that the 'Form Must Be Completed By' date is upcoming. Ideally this reminder would show when the author/creator logs into Skyward and the current days date is either 48 or 72 hours out from the Form completion date.

  20. Datamine in FastTrack - include the notes section in options to select to include with the status code when pulling data.

    When data mining in FastTrack, we would like to have the option to include the status code notes when pulling our report. Currently you can hover over or open each app individually which is very time consuming. Add the option to select when setting up the data mine parameters.
