Add a "Select All" option to the Invoice Approval screen.
I sometimes have to approve 50+ invoices, and it's very time consuming to click each and every box.

Changing Employee Schedules
In the employee profile, under the TrueTime tab, in Workweek Schedule. It would be helpful if when you made a change to the schedule it would ask you if you would like to make that change for just that week or if you would like it changed going forward. In my District I need to make changes to one specific week to get the Time off to import correctly. Currently to be able to do that I have to change the week I want and then go to the next week and change it back to the original schedule.

Requisition detail per-line discount
Currently, there is no way to add a discount percentage for a detail line. I have a quote from a vendor that shows a percentage discount per line, but there is no way to input that in the line item, the column "% Disc" just shows '0'. Per Skyward support, I have to manually figure the discount myself and add an additional line to subtract.

In SMS 2.0 you are able to add a flat discount for a Vendor which gets applied to all line items for that vendor. The result of that discount is what you would see on the Requisition screen in the %Discount column and should be applied automatically.
This is the first time we’ve heard of Vendors providing separate discounts depending on the item purchased. We would need to understand this use case more thoroughly and have more support from the Skyward user community prior to considering it for development.

ALL SKYWARD PRESET REPORTS SHOULD INCLUDE THE EMPLOYEE ID/NAMEID
Every preset report should automatically include either the employee ID or NameKey (as long as they are consistent). Some reports have the name key. Some reports are LFM, some are Last Name, First, Middle in separate columns with no employee ID. I will use the Time Off Tracker as an example. It defaults with all three names in separate columns. I find myself constantly pulling a data mining reports and running VLOOKUP to add an employee ID or employee type to a report. How about some consistency? The SMS 2.0 strategy behind canned reports was that each report was built with input from customers on what they wanted and needed at that time. The benefit to that strategy was that each report was designed in such a way that is was unique to that area.
As times have changed it has come at the cost of consistency across the system. This strategy was something Skyward shifted with our Qmlativ product where we have one stop shop for Report Management with a Report Designer and a Data Mining Designer.
Do you have specific reports that you’d like updated with a NameKey option in the parameters?

Color Code options for Employee Profile and other menus.
In Employee Profile, an option to customize the color of each tab that appears on the left hand side (Employee, Position, Tax, etc) would be nice. It would be great to have "Employee" in purple, "Position" in green, "Tax" in Red etc. It would be a lot easier and faster to find the option that I am looking for.

export to excel
When reports can be converted from a PDF to an excel format, the data should align correctly with their column heading. An example of this would be the Requisition/PO Listing WF/PU/RP. Thanks

We’ve looked into this request and are unable to consider it at this time.
Reports that have stacked headers and stacked detail lines do not drop to excel gracefully. One option that is used by some users is filtering the browse and dumping those results to excel.
This product idea will remain open.

Add Commodity Codes to Vendors
Add an option to assigned commodity codes to vendors to help shorten the list of codes the user has to see during requisition entry

Email Group for New Positions posted in FastTrack
We're wanting to determine if it's possible to set up notifications for this use case. The idea is to set up a mailing group (to which people can add themselves) that receives email notifications any time a job is posted, thus preventing people from being unaware of a job offering without manually checking FastTrack.

Leave Without Pay allowing for approval without denying timesheet once switched from used to unpaid
This is a timing issue with Leave Without Pay that is put in as used and when TRS Reporting is done the LWOP is switched to unpaid, in the mean time the employee has submitted the timesheet with used LWOP and when the approver tries to approve it will not let the approver approve because it has been switched to unpaid. The only way is for the approver to deny the timesheet and have the employee resubmit. I feel if the employee is submitting LWOP that it should allow for an approver to approve without having to deny. This takes…

Can you offer more reports for Cash Receipts? Something like the PaC version which allows you to select the batches and not have you enter receipt numbers. The Report for cash receipts is very basic.

Add Columns to Retirement Detailed Hours
On the employee profile, the Retirement section has a part called "Detail Hrs". This section should show all things that pull into Annual report. I would add a a column that would track what WRS benefit and another column that shows the WRS deduction and another column to show what category they were recorded in. This would help that you could quickly see where an error was made and how log it was going on.

Date Range Time Off Request for Partial Hours
When an employee wants to enter a date range for time off requests and only is taking 2.5 hours per day, the date range feature cannot be used. It automatically assumes 8.0 hours are being taken. The employee must enter each day individually. Can the number of hours be added when choosing a date range for time off?

SBAA Outstanding Check List
Create the same reports in SBAA for Account and Check Reconciliation as are available for the District level (Accounts Payable). Currently in SBAA the check reconciliation report will not pull in the correct data if you are trying to generate an Outstanding Check list either for a month in the past or if ANY checks have been cleared in the current month prior to running the Bank Reconciliation. This functionality is available in Accounts Payable.

Ability to edit the description line once posted.
In auditing reports, an A/P entry may have been entered correctly with the correct account number, but the description may not have gotten changed from a prior entry and was missed when checking the entries before posting. It would be nice to be given access to just this area (the description) to be able to edit the descripton after the fact so that the entry would not have to be voided and re-entered to be fixed or to have to use a 'note' which does not show on the main screen or reports.

FMLA Tracking - Third Party TO import
FMLA tracking is more important that ever. FMLA tracking is tied to absence reasons which is perfect. The problem is that when using the third party import, you can only link to TO code and not TO code/Reason combo. This would be desirable.
The simple work-a-round would be to add the reason code on the edit form to add the reason on this step of the import process. This would require manual intervention, but much easier than currently we need to go to each employee and edited each day from the profile.

Mass Change Bank Code
We would like to have the ability to change the bank code for batch status invoices. Each time we run our payroll, it creates over 20 invoices with specific batch numbers. I have to manually go into each invoice and change the bank code to the correct bank. If we could mass change the bank code based upon both a batch number and the invoice date(s), it would free up a lot of time in our department.

Bank Code Printing on Checks
It would be helpful to have the Bank Code print on the check and when looking at the Check History. If someone has made an error, you don't see the bank code on the check so you have to look it up in the check history and open each check to view which bank code was used. This would help in bank reconciling and check look up/sort/search.
