  1. Vendor Account Number Field that can be pulled into Email notice of ACH Payments sent to vendor

    Several vendors are requesting that the account number they have assigned to our accounts be included on the Email notification sent when an ACH payment is initiated.

  2. Account Number & Account Distributions From Employee Management Available to Employee Letters

    We would like to be able to pull Account Numbers and Account Distributions from Employee Management into the employee contracts that we provide to employees through Employee Letters.

    Account Numbers/Distribution are currently available in EM, but are not allowable to be pulled into document produced and posted through Employee Letters.

  3. True Time - Premium Pay during COVID-19 Shut-down

  4. Add header option to display on Invoice Import

    It would be nice to be able to keep your headers in the invoice import spreadsheet rather than deleting it to do the import.

  5. Substitute Rate Table Types

    In Substitute Tracking, "Detailed Transactions" allow the ability to edit the "Sub Type". This is needed when a long term sub switches to a short term sub mid pay period. For example they could be a long term sub at $160 per day for one week and the second week sub in regular short term positions for $120 per day. Also in this same area allow editing of Retirement hours. Some of our subs are also employees and do need to have retirement hours recorded on them.

  6. Add Supervisor to Data Mining

    We can add a supervisor to an assignment, but it doesn't appear we can run a data mine with that field available. It would be helpful to have all fields of an assignment used in reports.

  8. add-on reporting

    Add-on codes need to use the state code defined to report Florida additional compensation information. If you don't use the pay-code of the assignment the hourly rate calculation is inaccurate which means the additional paycode tab is of no value because of the wrong rate. Another option if different paycode values must be maintained is to have a check-box that says these codes should be included in the calculation of hourly rate when transferring to the additional paycodes.   9. Custom Form Date field

    I would like the ability to use a date on a custom form without the day of the week showing up. I have to create a form with 26 date fields and the day of the week takes up a lot of real estate and it is not necessary

  10. ACA 1095 Processing

    An employee accidently key a social in place of the last name. It run all the way through the process. When the file was sent to the IRS it was rejected with a TPE1024 error, after examining the xml file I determined that when Skyward created the xml file the numbers were deleted from the SSN leaving 2 dashes (--) the IRS flags this as a potential SQL injection attack. This error should have been caught at some point before it was sent to the IRS

  11. vendor approval

    Can we have the option to have multiple vendor approvals like time offs. When one person approves a vendor, it can then go to another person and does not get approved until it has been approved by all approvers. Currently, if any approvers approve, it is goes through. The reason is because we require our individual vendors to go through a background check. We would like our HR department to approve the vendors so we know they passed the background requirements before the vendor is approved.

  12. Add Additional Security to Pseudo Approval Area

    We need additional security options for the pseudo approval area. We have added the option for employees to electronically submit a direct deposit change request. These requests will need to be approved by our Payroll Department. We also allow employees to request demographic changes which are then approved by our Human Resources department. We need for the pseudo approval area to have the ability to be restricted by different areas. Another option would be to at least have a report available that would allow us to pull requests, approvals, approvers, date and time in order to verify the appropriate department…

  13. Add field to Position - Assignment Mass Change Utility in Employee Administration

    We have a separate supplement plan in our system. There are many times when our teachers are receiving a supplement/bonus (Best and Brightest - Florida) or a one time pay enhancement supplement that every teacher will have the same account distribution. It would be nice to have an account distribution field in Position-Assignment Mass Change Utility to add the account distribution without having to touch each position control.

  14. gender identity

    We are looking to prepare for a changing demographic with Gender Identity. This is currently a field offered in Utah (Utah PR 4112260) but I am located in Pennsylvania. Can we add this for all states so that it is not an issue where we can't use the system to track our employee data? Yes, I can create a custom form but this should be something we can do within the system we have on the demographic side.

  15. TruTime Hourly Calcualtion on Timesheet

    Good Morning:
    When submitting weekly time sheets, when time off has been approved and added to time sheets and employee's regular hours are also included in the weekly calculation. Please see attached example. There we 24 Paid Off Hours and 16 Worked Hours but the when going in to approved weekly timesheet it totaled 64 hours rather then 40. Employees then need to go into their timesheets and delete the regularly scheduled hours prior to submitting their time sheet. Once time off is approved, shouldn't the TruTime autiomatically recalculated the employee's timesheet to reflect the correct number of hours worked.…

  16. Calculate retirement hours based on number of checks remaining

    Currently an employee who joins us after the first payroll period applicable to their position the retirement hours on their pay code are populated based on the 20 or 24 checks. ie: employee works 90 days at 6 hpd=540 total hrs. The retirement hours on the pay code populates as 27 (divided by 20 checks) versus 54 based on 10 checks left.

  17. Add the amount for 4c amount in the W4 information tab

    In addition to ordering the steps 1-4b like someone else requested add the amount that is calculated for 4c to add the federal deduction amount right there. It makes sense to do all of that on the one screen since we may be adding other values there as well.

  18. Cash Receipts/Accounts Receivable - Name Field

    The Name field in the Cash Receipts and Accounts Receivable entry are tied to the Vendor file in Accounts Payable. It is not often that we receive payments from our vendors. There needs to be a separate "Customer" Profile created for these modules so we can track payments received from DPI, other grantors, booster clubs, etc.

  19. W-4 2020

    The system should now be updated so the default for new employees should be with the W-4 for 2020 as Single with no adjustments. It shouldn't have the prior year defaults and require us to to click on 2020 or after W-4 for every new person going forward. I thought no changes were going to be allowed in the system for prior to the 2020 W-4 form. It should be switched at this point to default to 2020 info and just leave the prior info as viewing if not changed to 2020.

  20. Post user training guides that are editable.

    User guides should be posted to the PDC in a format that allows customization. For example, post the user guides in Word so that generic, multi purpose screenshots may be replaced by the organization's actual screenshots. Allow the customer to edit the user guide to best align with the organization's set-up. Most school districts seem to be creating individual training content for employees because the PDC delivered content is too generic. Thanks.
