view assignment detail in PaC (again)
We used to be able to go into the profile of an employee, on the position tab and view the assignment detail. It is no longer an option. With payroll being on the PaC side, it would be nice to still have the option to view the assignment information and not have to go into the web side to view. Doing payroll, I am very rarely in the web side.

employee reimbursements
Allow financial secetarys to submit employee reimbursments on behalf of employees at their building as they know correct accounts, etc. to charge. The office then is able to obtain the original receipt.

Add Additional Security to Pseudo Approval Area
We need additional security options for the pseudo approval area. We have added the option for employees to electronically submit a direct deposit change request. These requests will need to be approved by our Payroll Department. We also allow employees to request demographic changes which are then approved by our Human Resources department. We need for the pseudo approval area to have the ability to be restricted by different areas. Another option would be to at least have a report available that would allow us to pull requests, approvals, approvers, date and time in order to verify the appropriate department…

It would be nice if on the ash receipts screen you could see the receipt amount and not have to expand it.

Sub Tracking
Our district uses Sub Tracking and recently I was working with staff to view the Substitute Transactions detailed in Employee Access. Right now in Employee Access each transaction has a "Paid Date" and I believe that date is the period ending date that is being used when that transaction was imported into payroll. Can that pull the actual "paid date" or "check date"? Period ending date doesn't seem super helpful when we have the transaction date already reflected.

Please create a report meeting WRS specs for mid year mass terms and enrollments
Please create a report that would meet WRS specs for the massive amounts of mid year terms and enrollments. We can data mine the information needed however, the set up and format they require is something that has to be designed by our software provider to meet the requirements that WRS has.

W4 Lock-out
Need a way to "lock-out" changes to the W4 screen. When the IRS issues a lock-in letter the employee W4 is not allowed to be changed until the letter is released. If the IRS instructions are not followed and the W4 get changed, the employer will be liable for paying the additional amount of tax that should have been withheld.

Option to only show active accounts in Account Management
In Account Management, it appears that I have to scroll through all accounts. It would be wonderful if there was a way to set it to only active accounts. If I click on Account at the top and select only active as a filter, it does not save when you exit that screen,.

Add Individual Select
In the substitute tracking under the Third Party Import cross references for Absent Amounts add the option to do individual selection.
Situation: I have part time employees (custodians, aides, cooks) who are using TrueTime. This import brings in their time off, but is bringing in it wrong because the absent amount is cross referenced to their employee type. We use the same employee type (Custodians) for both part time and full time staff.
What is wrong: because it does not have an individual selection it is going to force me to create multiple employee types that are unnecessary (part time…

Add filter option in toolbar under Fast Track - Position Processing - Positions
The option to create an Excel is in the toolbar. However, there are several columns that may not be used or would like to prioritize into the view. It does have a dump to excel option but to dump and organize it every time is time consuming where a filter can be created, saved and used multiple times. The toolbars should be consistent throughout Skyward.

allow for sorts and filters in unapproved absences
Please create sort options that can be saved in reports for unapproved absences. To be able to sort by date, approver etc would be very helpful and approve efficiency by not having to drop all down to excel and then sort.

Schedule Mass Assign of a Status Code
When Volunteers apply we assign them a separate status code for processing on a daily basis. HR will manually run this utility daily to move the applications into the view of the coordinators at the schools for processing. We would like to have the ability to schedule this utility to automatically run twice a day. Currently we have been advised by Skyward that is not available.

Email Customization of Submitted Time Sheets
Ability to customize the email that gets sent to supervisors when employees submit their time sheet for approval so it would include link to log into Skyward.

Change positive/negative sign for Revenue/Expense.
It would be nice to give users the option to "flip the signs" so Revenues would show as a positive and Expenses would show as a negative. This would make the Data Mining reports easier for "non-accountants" to understand. We recently moved from a different software program to Skyward, and some of our users (building secretaries) are confused by the way revenues and expenses are reflected.

mass change for employee type
Mass change employee types and in-activate via processing list. Rather than have to manually change 100+ terms at the end of a school year it would be helpful to select employees based on term dates that have been entered and change from active to inactive and to change the employee type to an XTCH etc.
