PAYROLL AP - WIRE INVOICES
Instead of payroll producing one invoice for each deduction code, we need an option implemented to combine all payroll invoices for all codes into one invoice if they have the same vendor.
I think this could be done either with an option on the deduction code setup or even in the payroll general settings for Payroll Check options.
this would help reduce the number of wire transactions created since they are normally paid in one group and make reconciliation on the Checks easier for the business manager.

In PaC, go to System Administration, Financial Management, Financial Management Config, Accounts Payable. Make sure the box “Combine Vendor For Wire Transfers” is checked.

Import Insurance Deduction/Benefit Changes
I would like the ability to import employee insurance deduction/benefit changes in Skyward. Mass processes in PaC are inefficient.

We have the Payroll Import/Export and Generic Imports/Exports that should allow for you to import employee insurance deduction/benefit changes in Skyward. You do not need to be using Insurance Tracking in order to access this functionality. We suggest submitting a Service Call for assistance in getting started. Please have the format you are using available so the rep is get started with you right away.

Add a warning flag to requisitions that do not have an attachment and to the approver
We would like a warning flag to pop up when an employee submits a requisition and does not have an attachment(quote/invoice). We would like another warning for the approver if they approve a requisition without an attachment (quote/invoice). Our staff are to attach the quote/invoice and our admin are supposed to look at the quote/invoice, but that doesn't always happen. Thank you!

Credit card transactions pdf
Would it be possible to get the credit card transaction to appear somewhere on the PO? We attach the receipts to the transaction but are not able to view these documents on the PO. That is a tremendous amount of work that takes place in order to attach receipts to a transaction and then not be able to view it later withing the po. It takes me 21 clicks to attach a receipt.

Substitute Rate Table Types
In Substitute Tracking, "Detailed Transactions" allow the ability to edit the "Sub Type". This is needed when a long term sub switches to a short term sub mid pay period. For example they could be a long term sub at $160 per day for one week and the second week sub in regular short term positions for $120 per day. Also in this same area allow editing of Retirement hours. Some of our subs are also employees and do need to have retirement hours recorded on them.

Wire Transfer Reference # Set Up
When setting up Wire Transfer Reference # for new fiscal year - allow the district to edit the first four digits to a larger number. With the start of the 20-21 SY - our ACH & Wire Transfer number both begin in the 20xxxxxxx digits which will make it more difficult to recognize whether a voucher is an ACH payment or a Wire Transfer payment. We use Wire Transfer numbers for all of our p-card payments.

Add district defined Position Control apha-numeric 8 digit number
Would like to see a Position Control Number that appends to the beginning of the Assignment Description when displayed. Also should be able to search by this field.

Ability to attach multiple account clearance groups to one user.
I would like to see the option to attach multiple account codes to one user in the Account Clearance Groups. We have users that use more than one group. Currently you can only select one and if they need to use a different account group we have to manually change it every time. For example, the Curriculum department has multiple account groups assigned to them in Product Setup/Account Groups. Based on the rest of the question, we believe you are talking about assigning Account Clearance groups to Credit Card groups, which is a little bit different. What is the reason that an Account Clearance Group needs to be assigned to the Credit Card Groups?
When talking about the Credit Card Group configuration, I am assuming what is being said is that one or more Credit Card Groups have an Account Clearance Group assigned to them. It is true that an individual Credit Card Group can have only one Account Clearance Group assigned. But, typically, Account Clearance Groups are not assigned to a Credit Card Group. Change a Order From/Remit to Vendor to Order From only - KS
It would be nice if you could change an "Order From/Remit To" vendor to Order From only and attach a different Remit To vendor. Many times when we are setting up vendors - you don't always know that there will be a different remit to address and there is not way to go back an change the original address and link to the new remit to address.
8 votesHello! This functionality is currently available. Within Web Financial Management > Vendor > Vendor Browse, select and Order From/Remit To Vendor and click “Change Remit To”. recurring entries
In recurring entries when multiple accounts are listed with dollar amounts, but only a couple of the account number dollars changed, not all, then the computer uses the new dollar amount and divides it according to percentages. Please leave the numbers as saved in the entry alone and allow us to select and choose the one or two accounts that need the dollars edited to make the difference up instead of having to edit all the dollar amounts for all the accounts. Time off in Mobile App KS
We require our paras to tag the school secretary in all time off requests - so the school secretary knows they are going to be gone for the day. (They do this by selecting employees to notify when this request is submitted and approved/denied) - however, in the mobile app this is not an option. Is there a way of adding this to the mobile app so secretaries can be notified in addition to the paras direct supervisor.

Applicant Import Email field populated the wrong field in Profile
Applicant Import Email field populated the wrong field in Profile. The applicant import pulls personal email from TalentED or New Hire app, but populates the work email field. Personal email should populate the email 2 field and leave mail # 1 vacant for the work email when profile creates it.

Employee Access, Time Off, My Requests
If an employee is entering a block of time off, as a Date Range they are not able to enter hours and minutes, only when entering individual days.
I have an employee that needs to leave early from work, so take one hour of sick leave, every day for the next month and they cannot enter it as a date range. Would be nice to have the option of date range and still be able to enter the number of hours/minutes off each of those dates in the range.

Payroll Description on Pay Stub
Our district pays out Extra Duty pay 3 times each year (November, March, June) for coaching and advisors. There may be a staff person that has multiple positions to be paid Extra Duty pay. An example might be a Senior Class Advisor and Student Council Advisor. It would be very helpful if we could input additional descriptions while processing Payroll that would flow through to the check stub for each position they are being paid Extra Duty pay for. W4 and WT4 fillable PDFs in Employee Access
Similar to being able to change your direct deposit, allow the ability to change your withholdings, even if it is just a fillable pdf.

2. Are custom forms utilized at all for this where you can link documents?
3. How often are users changing their withholdings?
4. Is there an approval process involved before these changes can be made on the Employee Profile?
