What employees see when looking at Time Sheet History
An employee is questioning why his Double time hours were not showing on his time sheet history. The time sheet clearly shows that he should be paid for 7 hours of Double Time for hours worked on Sunday and 7.5 hours of half time that he worked on other days during the week. However, when he looks at his history of the time sheet (while it is waiting for payroll) it is only showing the time and 1/2 hours and not the double time. This is the response I received from Skyward on this issue:

to me
Good Afternoon, Candy -
This email is in reference to Skyward Customer Service Call #4304761
I've reviewed your service call about Double Overtime not displayed in the timesheet browse.
Thank you for setting up the support account. It helped me quickly review your question for a solution.
The browse of the timesheet does not have a column to indicate Doubletime. This does not exist currently. The OT column is displaying the correct amount of "normal" OT. Doubletime is not displayed at all. The browse is not currently designed for all the detail that could possibly be included on the timesheet.
The employee will need to refer to their Check History to see the details of their pay
1) All pay codes paid from
2) Rates at which each pay code paid
3) Doubletime versus Overtime
I suggest that you share this desired enhancement in our Product Ideas area. To do this, log into your Skyward database. Click on Question Mark and then Product Ideas. You will need to login using your Knowledge Hub login/password. Our Product Owners review each and every request to determine the feasibility and overall appeal to our customers.
Have a great day!
Erika
I am also attaching the documentation I sent to Skyward originally on this subject. Please let me know if you need anything else.
Thanks,
