Clone Button For Screener Groups - FastTrack
MCSD HR team would like to suggest the addition of a Clone button to the Screener Groups menu. There is currently only an Add, Edit, Delete, and Back. A clone button would make adding many at once more efficient for our HR users.

Add Columns to Retirement Detailed Hours
On the employee profile, the Retirement section has a part called "Detail Hrs". This section should show all things that pull into Annual report. I would add a a column that would track what WRS benefit and another column that shows the WRS deduction and another column to show what category they were recorded in. This would help that you could quickly see where an error was made and how log it was going on.

Add a number of User Defined Fields to Personnel Tab that are Reportable.
There are a couple of fields we would get great use out of that we would like added to Skyward, but we realize that each district is different, so it would be great if each district could define those fields themselves, and report on them.
Example: We very much would benefit from an Insurance Eligibility Date, an OPEB Eligibility Date (would be even better if this one had history similar to Leave History, but also with an FTE field linked to it), and an OPEB Eligible field with Yes/No as drop-drop down or radio button.

Date Range Time Off Request for Partial Hours
When an employee wants to enter a date range for time off requests and only is taking 2.5 hours per day, the date range feature cannot be used. It automatically assumes 8.0 hours are being taken. The employee must enter each day individually. Can the number of hours be added when choosing a date range for time off?

Processing TRS in 2 FY
Distinguishing between July, August and September Starts. Documentation suggests that Employee Types are tied to paid start dates. We should have the option to generate a list using Employee Types and then delete specific employees before processing.

Scheduled Task for Create Accounts under DOE-399
Under Federal/State Reporting, DOE-399, you have to manually run create accounts for each project. A scheduled task similar to other areas of the system would be helpful to catch all new accounts added during the week. The task could be set and run once a week (after hours) to make sure each project listed n DOE-399 includes any and all accounts being used.

An additional place for a name on the mailing address
I think there should be a place to add an additional name on the mailing address portion of the vendor. Sometimes the name to mail to is different than the main name. It would be nice to be able to put that name in, not just the address.

Add Req Entry Option to make Commodity Codes a REQUIRED field on YDA/YMA requisitions.
More and more districts want to use Commodity Codes, but so often the field is forgotten when the detail is being added.
Add a Purchasing > Setup > Configuration > Req Entry Option to make Commodity Code Field a required field on each line item for YDA, or entire PO for YMA and/or Blanket POs.

Receiving Records, quantities remaining
In Purchasing > Purchasing Activity under the Receiving Records, it would be beneficial to see the records added together to give the remaining quantities yet to be received. I think adding an extra column after "PO Quantity received" titled something like "Line Nbr. Quantity remaining" would be possible.

SBAA - Display "Payee Name as it Appeared" on the Check Reconciliation Screen
Add the "Display Payee Name as it Appeared on Check" field to the SBAA Check Reconciliation screen. This will allow a more efficient workaround for creating a Positive Pay file for SBAA accounts, until SBAA functionality starts catching up with regular accounting. The user can use the Excel export to get the correct name for a full-match on their Positive Pay file.

Enhancing the "I" View of an Employee's Profile
Currently the "I" view of an employee's profile does not match what the employee sees through Employee Access. This makes it difficult for our staff to assist employees in locating add-ons attached to their assignment.
The only other way to see exactly what the employee sees is by Super Using in as the employee in Web Product Setup area.
We would like the Add-On area to be added in the "I" view of employee profile. We would like it to match, word for word.

SBAA Outstanding Check List
Create the same reports in SBAA for Account and Check Reconciliation as are available for the District level (Accounts Payable). Currently in SBAA the check reconciliation report will not pull in the correct data if you are trying to generate an Outstanding Check list either for a month in the past or if ANY checks have been cleared in the current month prior to running the Bank Reconciliation. This functionality is available in Accounts Payable.

Time Off Calendar selection in Profile [Web]
would really love it if the ability to change years when selecting the time off calendar was formatted like it is when you are in the TRS Calculate New member payment date section. the way we do it now is cumbersome by opening it, selecting the filter, finding the calendar, etc. this would make it much more efficient for the times when you need to add or change a calendar manually [which can be often]. thank you for your consideration.

Add security levels to attachments tab in employee profile
Please add security levels to the attachment tab in employee profile. This will assist us in becoming paperless without having to contract with an outside vendor. We are currently attaching payroll items for the employee to see, current/new TSA election forms, WRS enrollments & terminations, insurance enrollment changes. The current level is wide open so anyone with full access to employee profile can see. Not great but the employees like to see that changes were received and completed. We would love to have security levels added so I could have 4 separate files, Payroll, Human Resources, Medical, and General. Payroll…

Report that Shows Users or Groups Assigned to Initiate Task
A report is needed that shows task process, user and groups that have access to initiate task processes. In order to obtain this information you must go to each task and review the list of users/groups who can initiate the task.

Ability to select multiple checks when reconciling checks using mass add statement date
Currently, mass add statement date provides no option to select multiple checks at one time on WF\AP\CR\CR screen in a simple manner (you can use filters, but they are clunky at best). You should be able to select the first check in a range, then press shift & select the last check in a range to select all checks in that range.

Add Utility to import Access Codes to True TIme.
Currently, must use Create Badge Import with Create Access Code option. Recommend splitting the Create Access Code option from the Badge Import to make it easier to import Access Codes that are not tied to a badge.

Ability to edit the description line once posted.
In auditing reports, an A/P entry may have been entered correctly with the correct account number, but the description may not have gotten changed from a prior entry and was missed when checking the entries before posting. It would be nice to be given access to just this area (the description) to be able to edit the descripton after the fact so that the entry would not have to be voided and re-entered to be fixed or to have to use a 'note' which does not show on the main screen or reports.
