W2 message text
On the Options for Receiving my 202x From W2 screen, consider adding more text to the second option. We'd like reminder to staff to make sure we have their correct address. Perhaps something like: "I want to receive a printed copy of my 202x Form W2 from my employer. My address is up-to-date in Skyward."

Make Contract Amounts update Correctly
When you are trying to update a Contract Amount on someone's profile under the Contract tab, it will update the Contract Amount, but not the Per Diem Amount. It should update both fields and give you the option to over ride the Per Diem Amounts. That should be fairly rare that you would need them to be different amounts.

Email Group for New Positions posted in FastTrack
We're wanting to determine if it's possible to set up notifications for this use case. The idea is to set up a mailing group (to which people can add themselves) that receives email notifications any time a job is posted, thus preventing people from being unaware of a job offering without manually checking FastTrack.

Add a COMMENT field to Assignment
Add a 30 character free-form text field to EMS/SN > Assignment Maintenance > Assignment Detail .
This field would be used by HR to flag assignments changes throughout the year that are currently managed outside of Skyward.
Most HR departments keep a separate spreadsheet of the internal transfers that have happened during the year; whether the employee resigned, retired or transfer, included who may have replaced the employee.
Associated updates::
1. Assignment Browse should e updated to include the Comment field.

Pop Up Message for True Time
It would be great if you could create a pop up message option for True Time Quick Entry. A lot of our employees do not open the Employee Access screen often and this would be a great way to get needed messages to them.

View Amount for Cash Receipts
When looking at your cash receipts history, there isn't a column for the amount of the receipt. So if you have multiple receipts for the same vendor, you have to open each receipt in the Cash Receipts History screen in order to find out if that is the one you are looking for.

Commodity code
I would recommend that a commodity code be added to check requests and payment of direct pay invoices. Auditors look for this during their audits.

Leave Without Pay allowing for approval without denying timesheet once switched from used to unpaid
This is a timing issue with Leave Without Pay that is put in as used and when TRS Reporting is done the LWOP is switched to unpaid, in the mean time the employee has submitted the timesheet with used LWOP and when the approver tries to approve it will not let the approver approve because it has been switched to unpaid. The only way is for the approver to deny the timesheet and have the employee resubmit. I feel if the employee is submitting LWOP that it should allow for an approver to approve without having to deny. This takes…

Can you offer more reports for Cash Receipts? Something like the PaC version which allows you to select the batches and not have you enter receipt numbers. The Report for cash receipts is very basic.

Make 'notes' in the Vendor and Account Management areas reportable.
When using the 'notes' in both A/P and Account Management to notate an error, it would be nice to be able to see these notes when a report is printed. Make the 'notes' a data-mineable field. Using the 'notes' to "correct" an error in the description or adding to the description after something has been posted does no good if it can't be seen when the information is printed in a report....the information still looks incorrect or incomplete.

Clone Button For Screener Groups - FastTrack
MCSD HR team would like to suggest the addition of a Clone button to the Screener Groups menu. There is currently only an Add, Edit, Delete, and Back. A clone button would make adding many at once more efficient for our HR users.

Add Columns to Retirement Detailed Hours
On the employee profile, the Retirement section has a part called "Detail Hrs". This section should show all things that pull into Annual report. I would add a a column that would track what WRS benefit and another column that shows the WRS deduction and another column to show what category they were recorded in. This would help that you could quickly see where an error was made and how log it was going on.

Add a number of User Defined Fields to Personnel Tab that are Reportable.
There are a couple of fields we would get great use out of that we would like added to Skyward, but we realize that each district is different, so it would be great if each district could define those fields themselves, and report on them.
Example: We very much would benefit from an Insurance Eligibility Date, an OPEB Eligibility Date (would be even better if this one had history similar to Leave History, but also with an FTE field linked to it), and an OPEB Eligible field with Yes/No as drop-drop down or radio button.

Date Range Time Off Request for Partial Hours
When an employee wants to enter a date range for time off requests and only is taking 2.5 hours per day, the date range feature cannot be used. It automatically assumes 8.0 hours are being taken. The employee must enter each day individually. Can the number of hours be added when choosing a date range for time off?

Processing TRS in 2 FY
Distinguishing between July, August and September Starts. Documentation suggests that Employee Types are tied to paid start dates. We should have the option to generate a list using Employee Types and then delete specific employees before processing.

Scheduled Task for Create Accounts under DOE-399
Under Federal/State Reporting, DOE-399, you have to manually run create accounts for each project. A scheduled task similar to other areas of the system would be helpful to catch all new accounts added during the week. The task could be set and run once a week (after hours) to make sure each project listed n DOE-399 includes any and all accounts being used.

An additional place for a name on the mailing address
I think there should be a place to add an additional name on the mailing address portion of the vendor. Sometimes the name to mail to is different than the main name. It would be nice to be able to put that name in, not just the address.
