Limit custom reports under Employee Profile to those assigned to that employee
Currently under Employee Profile, the Custom Forms tab shows all active forms, rather than the forms assigned to that particular employee. It is my understanding that under Skyward Student, there is a setting that when selected, only shows custom forms applicable to that person. It would be very helpful if we had the same option for Employee Profile.

When reports can be converted from a PDF to an excel format, the data should align correctly with their column heading. An example of this would be the Requisition/PO Listing WF/PU/RP. Thanks

We’ve looked into this request and are unable to consider it at this time.
Reports that have stacked headers and stacked detail lines do not drop to excel gracefully. One option that is used by some users is filtering the browse and dumping those results to excel.
This product idea will remain open.

Creating a Full-Time/Part-Time checkbox
If we could add a full-time and part-time checkbox next to the "Faculty" checkbox on the personnel tab under the employee profile, this would help with reporting.

Augmentation of the current API dataset which is available
We would like to leverage an API to facilitate our identity automation lifecycle. Currently we are using a direct DB connection which works fine, however our IAM vendor would like to pivot to an API based system. There is data available on the Student side, but not much (if any) seemingly available on the HR/Finance side.

Credit Cards - Receipt attachment not following to AP Invoice entry / Vendor Profile
Currently the credit card attachments do not follow through to the Vendor Profile once processes in AP. The only way you are able to see them are through the credit card activity. It would be helpful if the attachment would follow through to Accounts Payable invoice screen and then to the Vendor Profile so we wouldn't have to attach them manually. Thanks!

COMMODITY CODES - YMA on requisitions & COMMODITY CODES on A/P invoices
We would like to use commodity codes but don't due to the YDA limitation. 90% of our purchase orders are YMA with many lines of detail on each requisition. Having to put an account code for every line item and selecting individual commodity codes per line item is very cumbersome. If one commodity code to could be assigned to a PO via the YMA process it would be helpful. Also, an option to add commodity codes in A/P would help when there is no PO associated with an invoice/payment. Then, we could run reports showing purchases and payments by commodity…

Grand Total line needed in report
The report used in the web under Payroll - RE - HI - AD, needs a grand total line at the end of the report for all deductions that are selected. It only totals each one separately.

Grand total lines already exist on this report, but there are a lot of different ways/options to run this report.
Could you explain the specific scenario and settings you’ve selected where you want a Grand Total but are not getting it on the report?

Include option to print budgetary reports to Word.
In PaC, we were able to export the report to Word or Excel. Now, with the latest updated, we are only able to export to Excel. I know we can convert the Adobe printed report to Word, but that is an enhancement that you have to purchase with Adobe and if I want to combine a summary & detail reports into one file, the process is more complex and doesn't work well....print to Adobe, convert to Word, then do the same to the other report, but when you copy one report to the other, the reports headers get funky. Add Account Balance Info/Graphic to Credit Card Approval
Could Skyward please consider adding the account balance info and/or pie graph that displays when approved Requisitions on the Credit Card approval screen as well? It is really difficult to approve or deny a purchase when I have no way to see how much is in the account/s.

In Data Mining, please add the option back to create a Raw Text file. This makes it easier/faster to parse data.

Reminder message for True Time users to submit their time card at the end of the week
...with the ability to schedule the reminder for a specific day of the week. Another reminder could be scheduled when they Punch In for the first time in the next work week to submit any prior work week's time sheets.
13 votesWith the 05.20.10.00.01 release which became available on 10/8/2020, notifications can be configured to display for Unsubmitted Time Sheets. The notification will be displayed as an alert in the header of the screen. The number of weeks to look back can also be configured. An option has been added to the Timekeeping Rule to display a notification to the employee when they have unsubmitted time sheets. Turn it on and enter a number of weeks.

I want to run a report based on the Notes section in the Employee Profile
I add notes under the Notes button in the Employee Profile as there is nowhere else to put extra information and, within the notes, you have to choose a category. I would like to be able to run a report based on the category. Example: We put our employees 5-year, 10-year, etc. recognition in there under a category of Recognition but I can't find a way to pull a report based on the Recognition category so I can see who has been recognized in the past and should be again in the future. Increase the field size for True Time Code for Access to at least 9 characters/position
Have the ability to manually enter a True Time Code for Access that is at least 9 characters or digits.

Under personnel tab - comment section, it does not allow allow enough room to enter comments.
Under personnel tab, comment section, can you allow more room to type text in the comment field? There is not enough room and we document many things under that tab for employees.

Tab function work across all accounts(same with Jornal Entries)
when user is entering cash receipts...enters account strips and pressing tabs will select account and tab to details when using account strips with A however tab function doesn't work when using account strips with Type R or Type E.
Think it may be a programmatic function of the tab function error message that says account doesn't exist but it does and you can see it in the drop down box ...just not selected when tab key is pressed.

Allow Description to copy over automatically when entering line by line Journal entries
When entering Detail Line by Line journal entries, it would be nice for the description to automatically copy over when you Save & Again.
