Allow more options from the student profile to be added to transcripts.
We should be able to add all of the information that is in a student's profile to a transcript. For example, the student type, Special Ed status, 504 status, program enrollment. I'm using the custom transcript feature to create custom Cohort Tracker report for PA Act 158. Most specifically, I need to only show courses and grades of a certain course type.

Emergency Contact Information upload & manipulation of fields
Before "Emergency Contacts" was an option in Web H/R, we developed a "Custom Form" that H/R entered the information on the employee.....Years later the "Emergency Contact" was released, we've been utilizing that. Our H/R dept is manually entering information into the "Emergency Contact? We asked Skyward if there was an upload (and there is not). We also asked if we could "downsize/manipulate" all the various fields in the "Emergency Contact" area, since we don't need to know where the contact works etc... We would like to have automated letters in Human Resources.
We would like to have the option to set up automated letters for employees. For example, if an employee only has 6 sick days left a letter would generate. We are hoping this could be set up like the attendance letters in student records.

increase sud# characters to 9
I am requesting the Sud# characters in the vendor profile be increased to 9 characters. I attempted to add 370-1273 in the SUD# box.

SBAA adding attachments to PO requestions
When you add a PO requisition in SBAA you have to back out to requisition list to add an attachment. They would like the ability to add an attachment while entering the requisition. When you back out to add the attachment, you then have edit the requisition to submit it. Too many steps

Add Employment Type "Temporary" to FastTrack
Add Employment Type "Temporary" to FastTrack since this is different from permanent Part-Time/Full-Time positions. Temporary is also not the same as on-call and needs to be added.

a. What would be an instance where you only want to merge a specific prior fiscal year?
2. Where would you expect to select the fiscal year? Would a single account be merged at a time or multiple?

Add option to restrict applicant attachments from Screeners
Applicant attachments often include SSN. Please add an option to restrict screeners from being able to view attachments.

Residency discrepancy pop-up needed when adding new student
Currently users receive a pop-up when adding or changing a student's entry withdrawal record indicating the students residency is set to Yes in their profile but the resident district in their entry/withdraw record is not the same as configured district code.
This popup does not show up when adding a student for the first time. The default is "Yes" but regardless of district entered in entry screen, no warning is received.

browse, report or data mine the "earned bilingual-bicultural education (1023) supplement" check box
Currently there is no way to see who has the "earned bilingual-bicultural education (1023) supplement" check box marked in the certification tab in employee profile. It would be helpful to be able to see this in either the employee browse screen or be able to pull it in a data mine

Add a "Selected Year Original Budget" column option to the Chart of Accounts
It would be helpful during budget monitoring/planning to have a column in the Chart of Accounts for Selected Year Original Budget. Currently there is only an option for Selected Year Revised Budget. Users are able to run a report of the original budget through Budgetary Data Mining, but the Chart of Accounts provides a much quicker view / filter feature.

Employee Replace/Clone
Employee Replace/Clone does not include Employee Data Mining reports to be cloned to another user, but it does include Budgetary Data Mining.

Extending character limit for Form Name within Online Forms
Extending character limit for Online Form Name or use the Description field. Employees do not know what the abbreviations mean that are used due to the character limit.

Add Entered By and Date Entered as Report options
For customers who used Time Off LTD where time off is entered by someone else, need these fields to assist with verification on a time off transactions that have been entered. TO LTD only launches the Detail Transaction Report.
Add both Entered By and Date Entered as report options on Detail Transaction Report so the report can be limited to only include these transactions.

When importing, can we import the amount in one column (negative being a credit)?
When importing, can we import the amount in one column (negative being a credit)as opposed to the required two columns for a debit and a credit? Both options would be wonderful, so that files already created would have no issues.

Adding Taxable Wages to Data Mining Filed Selection
Please add taxable wages for federal, state and local taxes as a field selection under checks. Since Taxable wages are used to report for EIT, State and W-2's, it would be helpful to be able to pull a report with these fields if there are discrepancies.

Add "Select All" option when deactivating an employee
When deactivating an employee, I'd like to see a "Select All" option on the screen where you have to select each record you want to deactivate. Now you have to click on each thing (Contracts, Pay Records, Time off set up, Employee Access, Security, Vendor Master, Org Charts). It could mean saving up to 7 clicks when deactivating a person if you had one "Select All" button that would place a check in each field and then deactivate.

Please create a utility to purge old KIDS export records (Kansas State Reporting). KIDS is Kansas specific, but all states have reporting.
