Person Count Report by Building-all together
In the Employee Administration, Reports, Person Count Report- I'd like an option to have the report tell me how many of each staff type (teacher/support staff/admin/food service, etc) there are by building without having to run each building separately. Sort by? How many staff, by type, are at each building. (see attached - each building could be displayed like this, one right after the other with a total at the end.) Also, when you run this report for one building, the parameters (building name) are not shown on the report - that would also be helpful to indicate what information…

Add Vendor Phone # to Vendor Info on Profile
Add Vendor Phone # to Vendor Info on Profile - this will eliminate the need to open a new window or get out of Invoices and going to General Tab to get the phone number while working with vendor on AP Invoice issues

We have reviewed it and would like to offer a suggestion on how to get the information you are looking for.
In Vendor Browse (Web Financial Management > Vendor > Vendor Browse), you do also have the ability to create a custom filter which would allow you to see the phone number easily and re-arrange the fields to fit your needs.

Change default Auto FastTrack status 100 Code "Resume Submitted to HR" to "Application Submitted to HR"
Current default auto 100 status code description for HR should be changed to Application not Resume submitted because it is the application not resume actually submitted.

add change history to data mining
Data mining in HR really needs the option to pull employee change history. We are trying to find a way to know when employees change their name, move to another department and terminate. Running a data mining with this information as a scheduled task would greatly assist with this.

Add Quick Key function to Journal Entry screen.
Self-explanatory. It defeats the purpose of a quick key if you have to go to another screen to access it.

FastTrack Applicant Reference Update
Would like an update for applicants to be able to change their references. The 1 year configuration in position set up is not working. We have applicants that originally applied for Aide positions 3-4 years ago that now have teacher certifications. They would like to update reference for their teaching experience. Even after purging the application the references still came back after their social was reentered. The old references are not valid for the position currently applying for. Please consider adding an update for applicants to change their references.

In vendor information the 2nd Name needs more characters. Some vendors need 2 names listed for the 1099s and the 2nd name field is to small
Need more characters in the 2nd Name field. Some vendors need 2 names listed for the 1099 reporting and the 2nd Name field is too small to fit most vendor names.

add Hospitalized and Homebound fields to datamining
It would be extremely helpful to be able to datamine the homebound and hospitalized radial fields on the Special Prgrms>Hmbnd/Hosp tab. All other fields are available but with these two options missing the data isn't very informative.

automated emails
Vendors: Have automated emails/letters to request updated W-9s or ACH Information from vendors. I currently have to manually request this information from the vendors individually. If not available functionality in Skyward, at least a way to export vendor data to Google Sheets so I can do a mail merge.

Add check type to Import AP Invoices
It would be very helpful to have Check Type added to the Input AP Invoices template so that a check type other than "R" can be uploaded. Right now, there is no check type field available and it defaults to "R" upon upload. I use this feature for both regular, wire, and ACH payments and I would like to be able to indicate the check type when I upload instead of having to manually change the check type after I upload. The Import feature is a time saver, and allowing check type to be uploaded would make it even more…

Wrong PSD code prints in box 20 on our W2's
We have been informed by our local tax bureau, Berks Earned Income Tax Bureau that the PSD code in box 20 of our W2's should have the PSD code where our employees work not where they live. This makes it easier for them to locate and collect the money for people working outside the county. They said this was changed about 10 years ago but we are still using the wrong PSD code on our W2's. Could this please be corrected before year end of 23?

Finance Data Mining-Free Form Comment Field Needed
When formatting data mining reports to the correct layout for uploading to a third party, it is necessary to have a "Free Form Comment" field as a placeholder for data. This field is available on the Student side.

Use HTML or custom markup to decorate text in Messages and Emails.
It would be great to be able to enter HTML tags to markup text, especially for something as simple as bold text.

Allow more options from the student profile to be added to transcripts.
We should be able to add all of the information that is in a student's profile to a transcript. For example, the student type, Special Ed status, 504 status, program enrollment. I'm using the custom transcript feature to create custom Cohort Tracker report for PA Act 158. Most specifically, I need to only show courses and grades of a certain course type.

Emergency Contact Information upload & manipulation of fields
Before "Emergency Contacts" was an option in Web H/R, we developed a "Custom Form" that H/R entered the information on the employee.....Years later the "Emergency Contact" was released, we've been utilizing that. Our H/R dept is manually entering information into the "Emergency Contact? We asked Skyward if there was an upload (and there is not). We also asked if we could "downsize/manipulate" all the various fields in the "Emergency Contact" area, since we don't need to know where the contact works etc... We would like to have automated letters in Human Resources.
We would like to have the option to set up automated letters for employees. For example, if an employee only has 6 sick days left a letter would generate. We are hoping this could be set up like the attendance letters in student records.

I would like an automated email to be sent to the employee when their certifications are 6 months, 3 months, & 30 days from expiring.

SBAA adding attachments to PO requestions
When you add a PO requisition in SBAA you have to back out to requisition list to add an attachment. They would like the ability to add an attachment while entering the requisition. When you back out to add the attachment, you then have edit the requisition to submit it. Too many steps
