Before "Emergency Contacts" was an option in Web H/R, we developed a "Custom Form" that H/R entered the information on the employee.....Years later the "Emergency Contact" was released, we've been utilizing that. Our H/R dept is manually entering information into the "Emergency Contact? We asked Skyward if there was an upload (and there is not). We also asked if we could "downsize/manipulate" all the various fields in the "Emergency Contact" area, since we don't need to know where the contact works etc... (we're trying to make this as easy on our employees as possible). After our data is entered, H/R will be sending an annual e-mail to our staff to assure their "Emergency Contact" information is current.
