  1. Add RTI Interventions to Skybuild Export

    We would like the ability to export student RTI information specifically interventions with Skybuild. This will allow a teacher to enter an intervention for a specific program in EA+ and then nightly the students will be exported and populated into those systems.

  2. All Fields Should be Available in SkyBuild

    All fields will be accessible in Skybuild. We are currently trying to pull the current ELL status into a Skybuild export file but this field is not an option

  3. Add homeroom teacher e-mail address

    I would like to see the homeroom teacher e-mail address be added to the available filed list in Skybuild under the entity area. If we want to do something similar now it requires to utilize the full student schedule in skybuild and requires extra filtering.
    This would simplify exports for systems that only require a single teacher's email address per student and can not accept the full student's schedule.

  4. Add the ability to export Education Milestones

    Skybuild export does not include the option to export Education Milestones. The Skybuild import includes these fields to import data as well as DataMining also includes this data. Would like these same fields to be added to the export option.

    This would allow us to export the Education Milestone data.

  7. Staff State ID

    Please make Staff State ID available in Skybuild.
    This is needed in Skybuild so they can import or export items to link staff information. They need another field to link to. Skybuild does have the ability to use the Student ID.

    Looking into options for adding Staff State ID to Skybuild.

    Data Mining is a tool for Student information reporting, so Staff State ID will not be added to this area of the software.

  8. Need to be able to export E/W Calendar data

    We use multiple Calendars within an entity and we need to export the Calendar Code that is associated with that specific E/W record. Right now the only option for Calendar Code is the one that is tied to the Current E/W record. That means that if a student does a Status Change and moves from one Calendar to another within the same entity the previous Calendar Code cannot be exported.
    The other systems receiving this data cannot function correctly because the data coming out of Skyward is not correct at this time. Simply adding this field to the available fields…

  9. Add Home Lang Code from LEP/BIL/ESL Tab

    Add home language code as a field that can be exported in skybuild. This field is located in student profile > Special Programs > LEP/Bil/ESL > Home Language Code. This is the field that is reported to TEA so we need to be consistent when exporting home language to other applications.
    Export the home language code from student profile > Special Programs > LEP/Bil/ESL > Home Language Code
