RFE - Student Profile - Career/Technical Tab PIMS
We need to have the CIP Code updated in the Student Profile Career/Technical Tab whenever a student changes their Technical Shop. It was discussed before that you were working on having the CIP Code update in the profile when we update the student schedule with the new technical class. The issue I am having is that when they do change a student's schedule they do not notify me so I can manually go in and change the career/technical tab for my PIMS Upload. Add Placed to Promotion Status
Promotion Status has Retained Promotedand Pending. Can we get Placed added to the list. When a student does not earn the promotion but is placed in the next grade we need to be able to document that the student was placed and not promoted.

need an export of staff needing a UID
We need an export on the Student side of Staff needing a Unique ID so we can load to TSDS export the UIDs and then import in Skyward.

Custom Report Card Colors
Currently there are no options for changing the colors used for shading in the custom report cards. Report cards could be improved if shading is allowed in more than one color. I would like to see at least one additional color added to the shading options in custom report cards.

Sort Events by Category
Currently events in the standards gradebook cannot be sorted by category (only by due date). Based on how elementary teachers are using categories to track competencies in different areas it would be ideal to be able to sort by event category. I would like to see this option added to the Event Display options in the standard gradebook.

IEP Writer Import
The IEP Writer Import process is unable to be scheduled as a scheduled task. It would be ideal if the process could be scheduled to load a file from a location on the server. Per Skyward Customer Support several districts have inquired on this topic but no one has ever submitted it as an RFE.

Promotion Status- add placed
We use Secondary report cards and transcript labels have been ask year after year to have a choice other that promoted pending or retained to "PLACED"
The administrators feel like when they see "Placed" on a report card and transcript label that this would raise questions and to dig deeper into why the student was PLACED. The choice could be just like we do the other choices under the entity tab.
Also add to the mass add promotion/retention utility. Add processing list as a option to mass add.

CTE Reports for Student's Vocational record
Would like to see more reports available to print or customize for student's CTE records. For example I would like to be able to print a report for each senior student in our CTC that list the industry credentials they received for their whole CTC education - they may have received credentials during each year of their enrollment here. Need a way to show all their credentials to keep as part of a permanent file for the student who may request it for SOAR credits.

Special Programs- Reports/Transactions
- Have all special programs (including but not limited to: foster care homeless immigrant military connected PK PRS LEP and Title I--- Sped At Risk and 504 are already listed there) listed under the Student Services Tab. This would give the ability to view the students in a browse list who have the coding.
- Need the ability to view and report on all coding /history and change logs for those special programs.
- Need the ability to run special program reports from the Student Services tab instead of relying on data mining.

Add Ability to Select Multiple Individual Students
It would be helpful to have the ability to select multiple individual students on the PIMS Extract screen just like you can do for other reports. Right now I can enter a Student Key range ultimately allowing me to run a PIMS extract for one kid at a time. However I'm thinking it'd be helpful to be able to select Range or Individual. Enable export of students with PA ID
W
hen students change key items in Skyward name birthdate sex you must upload the students to the PIMS PA Secure ID web site with the changes. Now to accomplish this you need to key in all this information which can lead to mistakes. If you have a large number of students (which on occasion we do) this becomes time consuming when you have to 'assign' the ID on the PA side and resolve miss matches. I've included a screen show of the information

PreID not pulling accommodations
Our district enters ESE accommodations into the Local Accommodations box in Skyward; but these aren't recognized during the PreID process. See attachment for screenshots of student accommodation location. Can Skyward's PreID script look for accommodations from the Local Accommodations box to assign the Y/N for this field? And if that is not possible can the PreID script automatically assign a "Y" for accommodations if a Primary Exceptionality is identified?

Create field for number of days enrolled
Due to state requirements for testing adding a field for total number of days enrolled (which would update daily or given the ability to set as a scheduled task) would be very helpful and decrease workload. Not having this option significantly increases workload for districts.

The ability to look at ada by both race and ethnicity and 2 or more races. It is difficult to see what demographic needs to be looked at to help boost ada.

Remove VocEd Contact Hour on Transcript
Voc Ed Contact Hours are based on the service ID supplied by the state and coded in the Texas State Specific section in the course/course master. Due to certification and other restrictions we have some CATE courses that we are unable to get contact hours funding for. Many of these courses are taught online and the credit is directly added to the student's transcript. Rather than have to create new course keys for these online CATE courses can the option to "Exclude Voc Ed Contact Hours" be built into Override Course Information in the Add on the grade tab.

Ability to delete more than one line at a time
When a person needs to edit the Maintain area before finalizing it would be helpful to be able to choose multiple lines to delete. When deleting several lines from the Maintain area you have to choose one at a time. This process can be very time consuming.
When deleting multiple lines by student or sorted by teacher the time saved by allowing the deletion of more then one at a time would be substantial. Currently I have to set my View as high as it will go to see the majority of classes for a specific teacher. When having your…
