Voc Ed Contact Hours are based on the service ID supplied by the state and coded in the Texas State Specific section in the course/course master. Due to certification and other restrictions we have some CATE courses that we are unable to get contact hours funding for. Many of these courses are taught online and the credit is directly added to the student's transcript. Rather than have to create new course keys for these online CATE courses can the option to "Exclude Voc Ed Contact Hours" be built into Override Course Information in the Add on the grade tab.
