Missing Assignment Report by student.
We would like to print a report in Student Management that shows all missing assignments in all classes by student. With or without a description & teacher. For example, we would like to know how many students have 10 or more missing assignments.

Elementary A/B Honor Roll Report
Elementary does not use GPA. It would be great if there was a report showing which students have all A's or B's in the core subjects (could prompt for course #'s?). Using the selected grades report now, but if the student has 1 A in 1 subject he will appear on the report and that would not qualify him as a A or B honor roll student.

Every year our schools asked for a report on students that are brand new to not only there school but the district. It would be great to have one that can easily be ran.

Entity Counts
Would like to get sub groups under Entity Counts of Student Types and ADM Types. Right now it counts all enrolled students but we look for quick prelimiary entity counts during open Membership reporting and open Pupil Enrollment reporting. These numbers are the difference between sitting in our seats and our Corp of Legal Settlement students no matter where they attend...Student Type and ADM Type sub groups would indicate the differences. The Entity Counts section is exactly the way we want to get quick preliminary numbers for these, usually twice a week during reporting.

Add the User Defined option to the Curriculum Master Report (WS\OF\CA\CM\RE) to allow users to add helpful information such as service ID's. Service ID's are a critical part of the Texas accountability and reporting system and should be easily available in reports.

Reports(all) and Utilities (all) need to be available to use from 000 for an entity or multiple and also be available to schedule.
This will provide immediate efficiency for all IT departments.

Custom Student Schedule
It would be great if we could create a custom student schedule template like we can for transcripts & report cards. We find that the standard template is a little clunky (and has an "old school" dot-matrix look to it) and has somethings we don't need/want to print on the schedule and doesn't have other things we would want on the schedule. If we could create our own custom template we could design it to suit our needs. The student schedules that we had in the old PaC system look a lot nicer & have a little more customization available…

Addition of Fields for Student Custom form
We need to be able to include the following Student information on a student custom form - Home language code home language description and advisor name (typically associated with the entity).
When setting up a student custom form we should be able to select these fields to be included on the custom form. We would expect the advisor name to be the one for the default entity.32 votes -
Custom Forms Tab Still Needs Quick Print Option
I believe I've submitted a request for this already but I'm unable to locate any details on it. Would still really like to see an option for Quick Print on the Custom Forms tab. This would be exactly the same as Quick Print in Enrollment Application Processing or simply an option to run the Custom Forms Report from this tab. Currently the only option users have is to EDIT and then Save & Print as there is no Print only option available. Ability to print a blank custom form
I would like the ability to print a blank custom form for parents/students/staff who need a paper copy of a document. For example we have a student health form that parents fill out which is online. Some of our families prefer to fill out this document on paper and we have no way to print a blank entry form (a form with blanks instead of the field names).

Texas STAAR EOC Report needs Student IDs added
This report is a great report. It pulls student's STAAR EOC information along with the Exemptions and the reasons. Pulling the reason for the exemption was not possible through data mining. This report needs to be further developed by:
Adding the Other ID (Student ID)or Student Alpha Key. With so many similar names it is time consuming to look up the individual students with similar names and compare scores in order to match up the correct student. This is especially involved when running the report at the (000) level.

Print Days Meet on Class Roster
We have a two day rotation (B/W) with each day having periods 1-5. When teachers print the Class Roster they would like to have the Days Meet Pattern print on the Class Roster Report. Thank you.

Mass Print Portfolio Attachments
Allowing parents to upload registration documents in the online registration module places them in the student portfolio tab. At this time there is no way to mass print those attachment so if 1000 parents upload attachments we have to go to each individual student and print them. That is a lot of work hours. If we were able to mass print them by type and date range we could save hours or even days worth of work.

Report to list which guardians have opted in
Would like a report to list which guardians have opted in using the new feature "Receive Health Office Visit Notifications". A simple report perhaps with limits by entity and by date to list all who have opted in or all who have not opted in. Export to excel or print. Sort options by date by guardian name by entity by student name. Checkboxes on the report to show which delivery method they've selected (email fam access both)
