Method of Instruction in Data Mining needs "As Of Date"
When running a data mining report, and selecting "Method of Instruction" we need an "As of Date". All other programs, under Special Programs, have this option in Data Mining.

Great news, with PR 4583409, a “Method of Instruction As Of” field has been added to Data Mining. With this field selected, you’ll be able to designate a certain date to look at (As Of). This update went out with 05.20.10.00.06 – Oct 2020 Release Addendum6 on 12/10/2020. Thank you for the continued feedback!

Jacob - we tried using the new As Of date before the break and it was not working correctly. Skyward support said there was a PR on the bug/issue. Has this been fixed yet?

Some of our students have multiple Methods of Instruction records entered in. We need to be able to pull the MOI on a specific date for students in data mining regardless of whether the MOI is still active or has been ended. We would like this similar to how the As of Date is setup for other Special Programs, like Homeless.
