Student Indicators visible in Gradebook
I see that student indicators were added to My Classes and My Students. This is helpful, but teachers spend more time in the gradebook than anywhere else. Anticipating students being added to, or removed from the online learning activity on a regular basis, it makes sense to have this indicator where it is used the most - in the gradebook - where the teacher may have to make adjustments for the student's assignments and overall grade. Hope it makes it to the gradebook! Thanks!

The student indicators have been added to both the Secondary and Standards Gradebooks. You will be able to view these within the following locations within the gradebooks, main screen, score entry screen, and quick score entry screens. We thank you all for your votes and feedback on this update. We hope you all enjoy the new enhancement.

Agreed. If the teachers could see at least the indicators on their main gradebook screen, the indicator will tell them the method of instruction. This would be most helpful!

Teachers spend much more time in their Gradebook area where they do grades, assignments. So they would like to see the MOI and Indicators in this area. Tacher Access, My Gradebook, Gradebook.
If the indicator is place in the Gradebook area, we feel it should be the current indicators.

Method of instruction is a useful field in a variety of ways. It should be added to the Gradebook screens because of the differences that sometimes occur for students depending on what cohort they are in. Ideally, it would eventually be able to be used in other ways- in seating charts for example. We are on a hybrid (A and and B day cohort) where it would be nice to be able to create seating charts based on the students day. (We are using MOI for A, B and V.) Being able to use it for reports, etc would be helpful as well.

Yes, the MOI is tied to our Student Indicators, but the teachers can only see the Student Indicator buttons on their post daily attendance screen. Would be helpful if these were visible in the other gradebook areas.

Teachers want to see it on the score entry screens and the Main Screen where the student list appears.
My school is runnign 2-day in person cohorts, as well as a 100% virtual cohort. Due dates and whether an assignment is on time or late sometimes depends on which cohort a student is in; other times the virtual studnets have an alternate assignment that is recorded differnet from the in-person version. My district is using Activity membership tags to designate the cohorts, and teachers need to know student designations while entering scores in the gradebook.

Student Indicators can be tied to the Method of Instruction... make the Student Indicators visible/available in the Gradebook. It can be seen in Attendance, but they really need to see it in the Gradebook. Thank you!

Would be helpful for teachers to be able to see this indicator in the Gradebook. 504 is becoming just as important as IEP.

This would be most helpful. It helps to have the Student indicator column in both places for 504 as well as other indicators.

Having 504 Indicators to appear in Educator Access Plus Gradebook as it does in EAP Attendance screen has been brought to our attention recently. Open for discussion of the possibility.

Please add the display of 504 indicators and LEP indicators in the Gradebook similar to AUP Primary Disability and Critical Alert. This is especially important in middle and high school where a teacher may have over 100 students which change each quarter. The find great value that they can see if the student is Special Ed right in the gradebook and would find similar benefit for these other items that reflect on academic limitations. If we had to choose the 504 indicator is more important. It would be fine to be set in the EA+ District Configuration similar to Primary Disability and then just look at the student records in 504 and LEP. Or it could be turned on when the indicator is added to an entity and the configuration does not indicate to hide it in EA+.
