An error occurred while saving the comment Jacque Deckard commentedYou can currently store digital copies of BC, or any other document on the Portfolio Tab in Student Profile. You can also 'block' a specific Attachment Type here from displaying in Family Access. Hope that helps!

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacque Deckard commentedGood news Andrea! This utility does exist already. If you have security, you can go to Families/Families/Setup/Utilities/Mass Assign Family Information. The mass change for 'Receive Forms' is found here. Good luck!

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacque Deckard commentedYou will be happy to know that this option already exists in the software. While on the Current Schedule Tab, you should see an OPTIONS button at the top of the grid/matrix. If you choose that, you (the individual user) has the flexibility to display what you like. Under the Preference and Display Options section, you can simply UNCHECK the 'Display All Classes' option and choose only the Enrolled Classes. There are many choices on this screen, but the Schedule Display should do the trick for you. Just remember to Save your choice(s).

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacque Deckard commentedYou will be happy to know that this automated email 'trigger' already exists. The Email Event Type = Enrollment Changes. The Event that triggers the email = NSOE Application Approved. Hope that helps!

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacque Deckard commentedJill,
You will be happy to know that this option already exists in the software. There is an Automated Email Notification for a Name Change. It is found under the Event Type of Demographic Changes. You can also add pre-defined fields (which includes the 'old' name, etc.) into the body of the message. Hope this helps!

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacque Deckard commentedShari, A few suggestions would be you could use a District/Entity Category that can trigger a Student Indicator. You could possibly use a field on the Special Programs Tab (such as MISC) that you are not using for something else to track this information. This are can also trigger a Student Indicator. Hope this helps!

Good afternoon.
I have been working with my programmer on this issue. He has gone into the code and this is how the code is set up:
If an existing Family Access login has Allow Family Access still checked they should be able to log on directly to NSOE (don’t need a new separate NSOE account) if they know their login/password. The login area just needs to be set to Enrollment Access.
If you want to mass change that status there is a utility to mass remove Family Access to guardians without Active Students. It can be found at this menu path from the 000 entity: WS\FA\FM\PS\UT\WA
If you uncheck/remove the Allow Family Access, so that they can request a new NSOE account, that will be a separate account. The registrar will need to match them to the existing guardian in the system if they want to use that guardian…
An error occurred while saving the comment Jacque Deckard commentedHello Terri! One option would be to allow inactive users the ability to still log into Family Access. This is a configuration setting that can be found under Families/Family Access/Setup/Configuration/District Display Settings. At the very top of the screen, you will see an option (if your security allows you to access) to include Inactive students. This is a global change so you can change it in this area once. You may also toggle this back and forth to fit your needs.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacque Deckard commentedJoan, Skyward does have a canned report that might work for you depending on your setup. Under Office/Grading/Reports there is a Pass/Fail Grade Comparison Report that might help you. You can compare 2 years as well as pick the grade bucket you are looking to compare. Hope this helps!

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacque Deckard commentedIt is too bad that Indiana cannot use the Cross-Entity Enrollment option. It seems like a good solution for this!

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacque Deckard commentedBecky, One suggestion that might help you is to print the Alphakey or Other ID on this report (these are both options). You could then convert the report to Excel in your Print Queue and then use the Alphakey or Other ID to create a Processing List. This list can be chosen in the Message Center (emailed to students and parents without having to have the email information on the report itself). Hope this helps!

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacque Deckard commentedSuzie, One solution may be to schedule the Suspect or Questionable Attendance Report (found under Office/Attendance/Reports) to run after your 2nd period. This is a very nice report that I believe will work for your scenario.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jacque Deckard commentedYou will be happy to know that this is a possibility in the software. This would require access/knowledge of Skycoder. Here is some additional information for you: https://support.skyward.com/DeptDocs/Corporate/Documentation/Public%20Website/Tutorials/Software/PS_CA_DS_CF_SK_ColorWrap_3557003.pdf
You could do this by setting up an Online Form in Family Access/Entity Config/Online Form. You could name it whatever you want (just the same as setting up required forms for Registration). Your Step #1 would be an Attachment Type. You could have Attachment Types setup on your Portfolio Tab in Student Profile if you want to be specific such as Birth Certificate/Driver's License/Proof of Address, etc.
