Proc List Individual selections
There are times when a proc list needs to be created manually. When you go to the add names area - please make it so you can filter. Active/Inactive at the very least would cut down on the number of entries needed to search through, adding grades filters would help as well.

You can when you are in the Name List but when you go to Add the options are only LN FN Middle Name Key and Entity and student or staff. This is where I would like the extra filter options -

You actually can filter several areas when adding students to the Proc List. You may filter by names, grade, grad year, status, school, Advisor, and Other ID.
