Allow Users to Attach Documents to Return Request
Users should be able to attach documents and pictures to their return requests so that they can take a picture of a damaged item and include it as backup on the return request. Add an Attach button to this screen and allow users to upload documents and pictures.

Add the word Allowances under the word Additional in employee access w4 information Less confusion - When employees view this screen they are confused as they think this should show the additional contributions (made to state or Federal) and not additional state allowances.

Clone Reimbursement Expense Codes
The ability to clone reimbursement expense codes so we do not have to keep updating account codes that were used in the previous years mileage.

Column Widths
Users are having to scroll left-right excessively to receive POs. This screen should function like other areas and allow users to manipulate the column widths by percentages using the filter application. Allow the columns to be manipulated by percentages like other areas.

Add comparative columns for amended budget
When I do an amended budget I am limited on comparative columns (customize column 1 and 2) that would be meaningful (see attached Word doc). I am only able to select data from the prior two years. For an amended budget the current year activity and budget would be much more meaningful and should be added as an option for an amended budget. The negative impact of not making the change is the frustration that the budget entry isn't meaningful for an amended budget. Security Group(s) for limiting document access
Applicants upload a scanned copy of their social security card. The purpose of uploading the scanned SSN is to be able to quickly validate/verify the information after we hire the applicant and give them their required computer access. HR personnel should be the only ones able to access/view these documents. Currently all screeners can access and download any of the created Attachment Lists (WH\AD\FT\PP\PS\CO\AL). This could be an auditable issue as it relates to the security of personal information. A fix to this problem would be the ability to create security groups to limit certain attachment lists. Utility Added for SubTracking
We would like a utility added that would keep someone from putting in two different substitutes for the same teacher on the same day. We are running into some scheduling a sub and putting them in the system and then when the day comes that sub doesn't show up and another is called and then that one is put in as well without removing the original sub. rule added for rated leave processing
need a way to add a rule to time off for rated leave so it will pull from oldest leave earned first in rated table. want the system when a used transaction for rated is entered it will take from the oldest leave earned first until all the balance is zero and then move to the next year on the person and role the zero balance rate line off the system as far as be able to be used.

Adding cascading groups to time off limited access
We need the ability to set up cascading groups for time off limited access for rated leave. So a Secretary adds a sick transaction to someone that is an administrator the system would pull from admin rated cap and last sick. Clerk would enter a sick transaction and the system would pull from the correct cascading group based on the rules from cascading rule.

Reoccurring Check Requests
Would like the option to setup reoccurring check requests. The option is available for A/R and A/P invoices. This would save some time when entering utility bills etc.

Verify funds pie graph for Check Request approvals
Would like the ability to verify funds with a pie graph like the approval area of requisitions. Would be quicker to verify the funds within the approval screen rather than looking up the account in another screen to verify funds.

Add Alert for PD requests pending approval
I think I may have asked this before but another supervisor has requested that I ask Skyward to add this feature. Professional development requests awaiting supervisor approval do create an email that alerts the supervisor of the request. However the alert feature within Skyward does not include those pending PD requests. I just found two PD requests over a year old that were waiting approval from the supervisor. The supervisor was unaware they were there because the onscreen alert (the yellow ball that indicates time sheets time off requests or requisitions requiring approval) doesn't include PD requests.

Physical Inv. Report
We need a Class code to be added to The Physical Inv. Report. We would also like an Exclude button this would be MOST HELPFUL to Exclude a "Dept." or "Class" code. We have many departments that do not need to see all Class items. For example technology want to see C - Computers not everything else. Buildings & Grounds only want to see B&E Buildings and Equipment. For large districts this sorting feature is extremely important please make every attempt to add this feature we have gone to long with out it.

DEPENDENT REPORT ENHANCEMENT REQUEST
Elimination of dependent data for employees who are no longer active in insurance tracking. I have employees who have left employment do not have an active insurance tracking record and they and their dependents still appear on the dependent report.

Signatures on Employee Letters from signature file
It would be really great to be able to apply an on file signature (board administrator) to an employee letter. We have specific board and administrator signatures on file for check printing and purchase orders. This would be a great feature on employee letters. With out an authorized signature on the document it really serves very little purpose to create and retain an unsigned document.

Creating email 1, 2 and 3 like Phone number
We would like to have an email 1 email 2 and email 3 similar to how phone is set up. This way we could allow employees to update their personal emails whenever they would like but have it set to read only with their company email. The way the system is set up currently it is all or nothing.

Cash Receipt Screen
I would like to be able to see the total of my cash receipts on the main cash receipt screen. Right now there is Batch Description Created Fiscal Year Rev Source Status etc. Unless I click into each batch I cannot see the total amount If there could be a column between the description column and the Created column with a total that would be extremely helpful for our district.

Yellow Folder
Is it possible to have a program like yellow folder for the HR department. How are you competing with the software Yellow Folder. We need a program we can enter the employees reprimands weight limit restrictions and everything Yellow Folder offers. We need to be able to pull reports and sort the information for all the employees. Be able to sort all information entered and pull reports.
