Payroll is currently modifying pay records to use the amounts desired as the current frequency override only provides a way to get close. Additionally if the assignment record is every exported again the manual adjustment must be made again to maintain the desired period pay amount. Need a field on assignment - payroll information to allow the entry of a period pay amount which would then be exported to payroll. The field would follow the same rules of reset for the current pay frequency override at the beginning of the next fiscal year. Attached word document shows an example person and table showing what/why the district needs this ability.
