Reformat our Personnel Dates Section in Skyward Web
Our District would like to reformat our Personnel Dates Section to meet our tenure tracking. Attached is the how we would like to have it formatted. Would these fields still meet EIS and ACA reports? Thank you so much! Chris Martin, Danville CCSD 118

Export Individual Staff Member
Allow for Individual export in case you have to make updates to only one staff member. Similar function to the Student Database.

Email Customization of Submitted Time Sheets
Ability to customize the email that gets sent to supervisors when employees submit their time sheet for approval so it would include link to log into Skyward.

Payroll Description on Pay Stub
Our district pays out Extra Duty pay 3 times each year (November, March, June) for coaching and advisors. There may be a staff person that has multiple positions to be paid Extra Duty pay. An example might be a Senior Class Advisor and Student Council Advisor. It would be very helpful if we could input additional descriptions while processing Payroll that would flow through to the check stub for each position they are being paid Extra Duty pay for. To take the example above, Pay Code EXP $200 with a check stub description of Senior Class Advisor, Pay Code EXP…

Sub Tracking
Our district uses Sub Tracking and recently I was working with staff to view the Substitute Transactions detailed in Employee Access. Right now in Employee Access each transaction has a "Paid Date" and I believe that date is the period ending date that is being used when that transaction was imported into payroll. Can that pull the actual "paid date" or "check date"? Period ending date doesn't seem super helpful when we have the transaction date already reflected.

Internet Explorer Vs Chrome
With Internet Explorer not being supported for many applications. Please review why when running Skyward financial in Chrome no X is available to clear a field. I have included a sample of what i am referring to.

Add Name ID to the Application Information in Employee Access|FastTrack Screener|Open Applications|View Application Information
Add Name ID to the Application Information in Employee Access|FastTrack Screener|Open Applications|View Application Information and Employee Access|FastTrack Screener|Applications by Position|View Applications|View Application Information. We are currently usingFileBound's Connect to store all of our HR documentation. We integrate on the Employee ID. This would allow our hiring managers to review current employee applicants' HR records without having to make a trip to the central office.

ACA 1095-C Tracker
When the 1095-C tracker is run, changes are highlighted. However, once the report is exported to excel these highlights do not export. Please add the settings to export the highlighted fields as they appear in Skyward.

Credit card report based on date of final approval
We would like to be able to run a credit card report based on the date that the transaction is fully approved, regardless of when the transaction, import or post date is. For instance, a report of all transactions that were fully approved during October, even if the transaction date is in September.

TRS Reports
We need a report that we can run to tell us how many days & hours have been reported for any employee(s) per month or school year to TRS. TRS has identified some of our employees that had no days or hours reported for several months. I don't have a way to run a report to check on all employees. These hours are reported on RP20 & RP25 reports in different months. The days/hours are not in one single place.

Total on Screen
It would be helpful if when we are on the chart of accounts or any screen with rows of data that we would get totals for the rows viewed on the screen. For example, if I filtered salaries on chart of accounts, I would have a total for the budget, debits, credit, remaining budget. these figures would pertain to the rows/accounts I would view on the screen based upon my filters.

Filter on all screens
It would be very helpful if you are on any screen (i.e. - chart of account) where you can right-click and filter out certain information. For example, If I am looking at chart of accounts and filter on salary accounts, but I want to exclude overtime in my view. I would be able to right-click and either exclude every account that has the word "overtime" or exclude the object code for overtime. Instead of download the chart of account to excel and doing this filter through excel.

Credit Card: Allow access to view "Quick Key" & "Account Description" on Review/Submit Transaction and Approve Transaction screen
It would be very helpful to all the "Quick Key" & "Account Description" columns to be an option on the Review/Submit transactions and Approve Transactions screen. This would be very similar to the option given for "Account 2" in the approve transactions screen.

Credit Card: Select All Approval button only selects the transactions being viewed
We have filters set up for each cardholder on the approval screen. It would be helpful if the "Select All" button only allowed to select all the transactions the approver views on the screen.

Move columns are in all screens.
It would be very helpful to be able to reorganize columns in all screens in order to get the information your district is looking for in order of importance to us. Another system I used was able to drag the columns around.
