  1. Reformat Electronic Version of a Check in Employee Access

    We would like to be able to reformat the electronic version of the check history/ Print check information you download on Employee Access to print out in a way that mirrors the paper check stubs that we print out for employees.

  2. Creating a Full-Time/Part-Time checkbox

    If we could add a full-time and part-time checkbox next to the "Faculty" checkbox on the personnel tab under the employee profile, this would help with reporting.

    Hello! Thank you for submitting this idea. Could you elaborate more on how this helps with reporting? What are the current issues you are running into?

  3. Allow all/any field to be used in Skybuild data export.

    For example only a few of the many special programs data can not be exported. I am in need of exporting Foster Care Begin Sts and begin-End Date and it is not a selectable field

  4. ACA Date Range on Report

    When you are working in payroll in the "Payroll Worksheet" there is an option to do a report. This report is very useful, but it does not show the ACA Date Range that was used for that worksheet.
    It would be extremely helpful for the report to include that information so you can detect issues with the ACA hours and you can verify that this information has been updated as you are checking the worksheet report.

  5. Add a level to restrict users the ability to delete attachments.

    Would it be possible to adjust a level or create another level that would allow users to Add attachments, but not Delete. I previously work for a district that this was an audit finding. As users had the ability to gets back into the item and accidently deletes or remove a document, once the item was approved in workflow. This is a risk and doesn't ensure accurate documentation remains on a transaction.

  6. 1099-NEC SHOULD BE STATE SPECIFIC

    I have two ideas.. one is PA specific.. When processing the 1099 and creating the files for uploading.. for PA you need to check the box in the area where it says DON'T CHECK THIS BOX UNLESS TOLD TO DO SO.. well I spent a DAY not realizing that for PA upload this box MUST BE CHECKED.. screen should indicate clearIy which states need to have this box checked and 2) I happen to only have 1099s for PA and occasionally NJ, but that is another issue to look at: I bet other SKYWARD users also

  7. Add "Print Deposit Advices" field in Data Mining

    The "Print Deposit Advices" field on the Direct Deposit tab is not available in HR Data Mining, only the fields in the browse below. Please consider adding this field to Data Mining so it can be used.

  8. Mass Custom Forms

    It would be very helpful to be able to mass write custom forms to multiple students or to automatically create a custom form in each student's profile every time mass emails/messages are sent. The custom form settings could be in the settings for the message/email as well.

  9. Unsubmitted Timesheet - Notification should also send email to employee.

    With the new enhancement in the TT Timekeeping Rule > Timesheet submission, if we check 'Display Notification Alert to Employee' and set a threshold (for us we entered '2 weeks'), it places the yellow-circle+exlclamation point on the employee's Employee Access toolbar, but in our district, no one is seeing this very small notification. It is basically meaningless. Can this same functionality be taken one step further and have the system auto-generate an email to the employee stating they have unsubmitted timesheets? Thank you

  10. Credit Cards - Receipt attachment not following to AP Invoice entry / Vendor Profile

    Currently the credit card attachments do not follow through to the Vendor Profile once processes in AP. The only way you are able to see them are through the credit card activity. It would be helpful if the attachment would follow through to Accounts Payable invoice screen and then to the Vendor Profile so we wouldn't have to attach them manually. Thanks!

  11. Enhance the DOE Staff Survey 2 and 3 Build for the Salary Schedule Pay Type Extract Method

    We have employees on a Salary Matrix and have employees that we enter their salary (because of a Range not associated with a Salary Matrix in Skyward). In the DOE Staff Survey 2 and 3 Build, I continue getting over 50 employees with the error of "Grandfathered Sal Sched Pay Ind invalid" for the Staff Payroll Information, because I chose using "Skyward Pay Lane State Code". Need a way to accommodate the "Enter Salary Amount" when the Extract is running to put a crosswalk.

    At this time, we are not considering it for development. However, this idea will remain open for ongoing review and voting by other districts to show support of this idea.

  12. Enhancing the "I" View of an Employee's Profile

    Currently the "I" view of an employee's profile does not match what the employee sees through Employee Access. This makes it difficult for our staff to assist employees in locating add-ons attached to their assignment.

    The only other way to see exactly what the employee sees is by Super Using in as the employee in Web Product Setup area.

    We would like the Add-On area to be added in the "I" view of employee profile. We would like it to match, word for word.

  13. Ability To Tie Specific Time Off Codes to Specific Pay Codes

    We would like the ability to connect specific time off codes to specific pay codes. Time off populates into timesheets, and from the timesheet it flows into payroll. With past employers, sick/vacation/personal time taken showed up on employees pay stubs. This would also be helpful when someone received a different rate of pay for time off. This became most evident and problematic with COVID absences, but it would be helpful in VARIOUS ways that have nothing to do with COVID.   14. Remove limit of 100 lines per journal entry on the web

    Currently, there is a limit of 100 lines per journal entry when importing on the web. Often times, we import journal entries in PaC because there is no limit on the number of lines in a journal entry when using PaC. It would be great to use the web to import larger journal entries.

    Skyward
    Would it be possible to have the credit card import recognize purchase order numbers? Currently, the import only recognizes account codes. Most of our purchases are associated with purchase orders. We would like the charges to attach to purchase orders so the amounts are reduced on the po. Is this possible?

  16. 1099 Type in SBAA

    Why is there only one option for 1099 type in SBAA: 1099NEC
    The drop down, as you can see from the attached, is only a blank space.
    We have several vendors that are not NEC types that our schools use.

  18. Insurance and fingerprinting information for vendors added to profile

    Would like to have a box for different insurance date (IE workers comp, liability and auto insurance). Also somewhere to put date of fingerprinting is done. Also to have the ability to pull the information in a report so when vendor packets need to be redone you do not have to go through every vendor.

  19. Fixed Asset Reporting

    Please also add the Format tab like you have in Human Resources with the option to "Print all Information on one line per item" This would save a lot of time on the manipulation of the Current Value report. Please also add the ability to send all Fixed asset reports and Data Mining directly to Excel

  20. Vendor Payments Report > 1099 by SSN/EIN

    Allow us to sort the report in alphabetical order to match the 1099 report for more efficient double checking. Also, bold out the individual total amount lines for easier viewing. I understand we can send it to Excel, but it is harder to print everything we want to see on one page which means we need to format the report and when we do this the individual line item for invoice totals do not show up. Just make the original report user friendly in an efficient manner.
