    Only have 2 choices of how to recive your W2.
    1. Electronic
    2. Paper (mailed)

    Please review this idea as this option for ASK ME AGAIN LATER never asks the employee again to make an election. It should only have the two options of either Electronic or Paper. THANK YOU!!!

    Please can you have short answers for the choices of how to receive your W2

    I have far too many employees not responding. Some say the verbiage is misleading. (as they don't take the time to read properly)!

    When we send out the message to staff letting them know when they can select to receive their W2 electronically, can we remove the option of "Ask Later"? A very high percentage of staff select that option to "Ask Later" and then don't make a selection. We thought that making them choose between paper copy or electronic copy right away would make better use of this process.
