Pop Up Message for True Time
It would be great if you could create a pop up message option for True Time Quick Entry. A lot of our employees do not open the Employee Access screen often and this would be a great way to get needed messages to them.
Thank you for submitting this idea.
The pop up message option for True Time Quick Entry would be for a district to customize a message? Do you have an example of how you would use this pop up message?
Thank you!

Just checking on this idea again... I am running into issues of employees not checking their email. Without the notification on the True Time screen when they clock in, we are now looking at possibly sending a text message to employees.

Sure! If I need to get in contact with an employee for something but they are not answering their emails I would be able to enter a "pop up message - like I'm thinking a large yellow square on their login screen, post-it note type" or a "web alert" to notify them in True Time when they clock in (because all our classified staff looks at TT at least twice a day to clock in). If it would show up in Employee Access that would be great too! Maybe even have dates on when the notification should start/end. Frontline has something similar in Absence Management. You select the recipient type, but maybe we could use Skyward parameters to select who receives the notification.

I think this probably goes along with the idea of notifying an employee they have an unsubmitted time sheet and a "pop up" message that could be sent with a link to Employee Access True Time screen. Currently, I send out an e-mail to the people that haven't submitted with a link. Not optimal, but I'm HOPEFUL for the work Skyward is putting into the latest request on notification.

A pop up message to tell them they have an unsubmitted/unsubmitted timesheet would be fabulous as well. The explanation mark in the yellow circle does nothing to grab the attention of the user.
