Time Off Attendance Report for Date Range Defined.
Add an "Attendance" Report to Time Off. In this report it would have a designated date range, and the district must choose the Time Off codes to be included with calculating the attendance.
The goal would be to find all employees how had NO USED DAYS for the codes selected during the date range. If they have not used a day then they were in attendance.

Online Forms - setting option for Skyward notification to form author that due date is coming up
We would like to have the option within the Online Forms Master to display a reminder to the author/creator of the form, that the 'Form Must Be Completed By' date is upcoming. Ideally this reminder would show when the author/creator logs into Skyward and the current days date is either 48 or 72 hours out from the Form completion date.

Datamine in FastTrack - include the notes section in options to select to include with the status code when pulling data.
When data mining in FastTrack, we would like to have the option to include the status code notes when pulling our report. Currently you can hover over or open each app individually which is very time consuming. Add the option to select when setting up the data mine parameters.

Please add to the configuration to either select to allow or prohibit mass approve for True Time sheets
We would like to be able to have an opportunity to turn off the mass approve True Time hours.
Our supervisors are not reviewing them when using that option. If there are notes attached it will put a hard stop to those particular timesheets but we really need it for a district setting. When we did our Empowerment training with Marc Johnson he could see how this would be very beneficial to districts.17 votes -
Longer Org Chart list of supervisors
Our employees have multiple paycodes which are approved by multiple supervisors. We'd love to be able to see more than just a list of 3 supervisors when we look at an employees org chart tab, to ensure we have them set up properly

Mass Delete Sub Tracking Transactions in Third Party Workfile
Add a Mass Delete Sub Tracking transactions under > Third Party Imports > Maintain Sub Tracking Workfile based on selected errors generated by the system.
There are times when a district has uploaded the ST detail transactions then decides additional records for the same date range need to be added. If using the same date range all the previously added records create a fatal error.
Create a utility to mass delete the errors, by specific error message from a drop down list, in Maintain ST. Suggest this be hidden behind a # sign or be added under Product Setup> Contact…

Add Employee Access > Personal Information > Calendar widget
Add a widget for Employee Access > Personal Information > Calendar. This calendar if unique to the Employee. The widget should jump to the Personal Calendar for the employee when Calendar Options can be set. But the widget should then display for the 'current day' any entries the Employee has defined, such as My Employee's Time Off, as well as their Assignment Calendar information

True Time Reports/History for Inactive Employees
When a Classified Employee resigns, we deactivate them so they no longer have access to Employee Access. This includes removing them from org charts, deactivating pay records, time off, etc. However, there are times that we'd like to go back and see time sheets. At this point, we have to reactivate them and put them back on an org chart to be able to see anything in True Time. Is there any way to have them inactive, but be able to keep the time sheet history active and easy to get to?

UTILITY TO PURGE COMMODITY CODES NOT USED
Add a Utility to purge commodity codes that are not used in a specific time frame.

You are able to delete the commodity codes through Web Financial Management > Purchasing > Product Setup > Codes > Commodity Codes.
These codes cannot be tied to an active requisition when being deleted.
If you are unable to delete these codes or the "Delete" button does not appear, you will likely need to look at security access. At least level 3 security access is required to be able to edit or delete. If you do need help assigning the correct security access, a service call to our customer success team would be a great place to start.

True Time
I have input a Skyward ticket to see if setting the order of pay codes in the employee's True Time clock view was possible and was told there was not a way to do this and to submit as an idea.
I want to be able to have pay codes listed in a specific order within the True Time time clock view. For some employees with multiple codes, it would decrease errors if we could list the codes in a way that makes sense. I am not a big believer in multiple codes, it increases the risk of error and…

Need Another Option in Pseudo Approval
When approving employee submitted address changes, if someone else is living at the same address, a window pops up asking if you want to change the address for all people at the current address. The only option is OK or cancel. We need an option to say NO, do not update other occupants of the address so we can approve just that person, not other household members.

Teacher Incentive Allotment Designation (TEXAS)
Would it be possible to include a field for the Employee Profile who qualifies for the Teacher Incentive Allotment Designation that includes all 3 indicators (i.e. Recognized, Exemplary and Master)? Additionally START and END date fields for the same TIA designation.
Right now there's only a field that has codes (01, 02, 03 and 04), but no way to find out what designation the teacher could have.

Insurance Tracking: Employee's info (DOB, Gender, SSN, and address) added to OE print form after changes made
First of all, much appreciation to the powers at Skyward for the enhanced detail that is provided on the Open Enrollment print form that is generated after an employee makes changes! It is SOOOO helpful to have the gender AND the social security numbers print on the report. Now, the only other WISH I would have is that the Employee's information is also on the report (DOB, Gender, SSN, even address would be awesome).

On the True Time Report on the web, it would be nice to have an option to export to excel in order to help calculate paid time for payrolls. Right now we can only print the report. Can there be an option to export to excel? Thanks

Add Payor as option on Check Reconciliation Format
Add Payor as option on Check Reconciliation format. This would allow customer to review to determine if there is possibly a fraudulent check on the file produced by the bank. This field should show as well as the Payor currently in Skyward to confirm that they are the same before continuing with the import.

Truetime Supervisor Employee ID
It would be beneficial to have the Supervisors employee ID as a mine-able field in Skyward because some systems outside of Skyward require supervisor ID rather than just the name in Truetime. I have to manually parse that information in an excel spreadsheet for 1400 employees then upload it into our systems.

There is one thing to consider: If EmployeeID is added to Data Mining, it would become available in Employee Access Data Mining. For Organizational Charts employees could potential access EmployeeID where previously it was not available.
