Automate the Immigrant Status Data Submission to WISE
the data should automatically report to DPI/WISE if a student meets the 3 criteria of having an immigrant status. For the Oct 1 Child Count, if a student is NOT being counted due to different placements and another school is claiming them, it would be nice to have an "Exclude" button in entry/withdrawal similar to the "Exclude from 3rd Friday Count" button.

State Reporting Extract Should Report SE Exit with Program Code
All Student Special Ed information including Program and Disability should report in the collection following the student's SE Exit.
This is required by the State Of Michigan.
Currently this information must be manually added to the Maintain area or directly in MSDS.
Please expedite this change.

Include Other ID in 1804
Please include student Other ID in the 1804 - Summer Membership report. While the report DOES calculate a unique number of students enrolled and the number of resident enrollments, we partner with community sites to offer numerous programs (that aren't in Skyward) and we have to combine their data with ours to get these totals. For the most part, community sites gather the students ID with their registrations so that we don't have to add it; however, with it not currently on the 1804 we STILL must add it to our report, usually with a vlookup, which is tricky because…

mobility code support
Please add utilities to allow the mass add/removal of mobility codes from Entry/Withdrawal records. Ideally, I should be able to specify a date range, and optionally a withdrawal code and a mobility code to be entered if the criteria are met. Also, making the mobility code available to data mining would be very helpful as well. Affects: PA State Reporting

Do Not Report Report as Primary School to Ed-Fi
I have beef with the "Do Not Report as Primary School to Ed-Fi" checkbox in the entry record. I would like to exclude these students in entity counts, when mass scheduling fees, and when mass scheduling students. There are several reports I would like to exclude them from as well. Having this option would be very helpful, thank you!! ;)

Add option to “Link Industry Cert ID to course 0000000” to the “Mass Change Class Roll Worksheet Data” utility template
It will be very helpful to have the option to “Link Industry Cert ID to course 0000000” added to the “Mass Change Class Roll Worksheet Data” utility template. We use the “Mass Change Class Roll Worksheet Data” utility to mass populate the Industry Certifications/Digital Tools with an “F” Fail outcome using a processing list. The “Link Industry Cert ID to course 0000000” option is already available in the Career/Tech Ed>Industry Certs when adding Digital Tool records manually for the elementary grades. option to exclude a calendar on the CTE Contact Hours utility
I think it was last year or maybe year before that TEA requires a calendar with instructional type DAEP ... our DAEP is not its own entity, it is a "program" so students remain in their home entity and get a schedule change to be with DAEP teachers ............. so recently I've realized that instead of exluding LOTS of DAEP sections in the contact hours utility ... it would be a lot simpler and cleaner to specify our AEP calendar to exclude those students from getting contact hours while they are at DAEP

Contact Hours - suppress remote learning
Would like to have an option on either Entity Setup or the Contact Hours Report to remove or suppress the reporting of RA and RS when remote learning is not used in the district. This would save up to 10 pages (maybe more) when all tables are selected to print, but mainly it would make the report much more legible again. Thanks!!

Post Secondary Licensure/Certification
Our counselors are having to enter Post Secondary Licensures/Certificates in 2 areas: (1.) Under TX/NCLB - Performance Ack: this is where the info is for the transcript/TREx ( 2.) Under Special Programs - Post Sec Cert: this is where the info is for PEIMS... It would be a huge time saver if they only had to post in 1 area. We would like to see transcript/TREx data being pulled from Special Programs - Post Sec Cert.

Ed-FI STN search
We would love to be able to search by STN (Indiana State ID number) in the Ed-Fi Data by Subject area (WS\SR\EF\EF\BS). Often that's the only identifying information we have when working with state data reporting, so it would cut out a step (ie looking up the STN in student profile or elsewhere).

Maintain File Date Stamp
I would like to recommend a way to know when your maintain file was extracted last and who the user was. This assists in knowing where you are in the process when multiple people might be working the file as well as time/date stamp is also helpful to know for the purpose of determining the accuracy of the data.

Processing List added to the Attendance Template for State Reporting in IL
I am requesting a processing list button to be added to the State Reporting Attendance template for my Attendance upload. This processing list button would be VERY HELPFUL to upload students that are attending under the learning option of Full Remote. Our student have had the option to attend hybrid or remote so I would have two different processing list and that button would make this process MUCH MORE efficient. Thank you and please advise. :)

State Reporting TX - require data entry for New GRADE LEVEL field for those with POP SERVED of 06
in the STAFF PROFILE area, when adding a RESPONSIBILITY for Role ID of 033 or 087 ... and a POP SERVED of 06 ... require user to enter a GRADE LEVEL ... this would help avoid errors from rule 30090-0120

Mass update KELPA tests by Program Participation Code-KANSAS St Reporting
It would be great if we could mass code by participation code in the Mass Update Assessments for KELPA testing. There are 2 different test codes depending on the Program Participation level and it's a pain to mass code all students with the same code and then have to adjust a few hundred students who need the other code even using a process list.

CTE Completion, Graduation, and Equity Reports
As Career and Technical Education (CTE) pathways/programs and the number of students who are interested in the programs increase, so should the number of reports available.
Our Department of Education is going to use CTE:

Graduation Rate
PostSecondary Outcome
Equity
rates to evaluate our programs. Similar to our State Testing, PSAT/SAT, and other testing situations where we need to verify testing accommodations and student status (IEP, Section 504, Lunch, and etc), we are going to have to verify the completion, graduation, and equity data.

Texas - Fix years in US Schools utility
The Years in US Schools utility has never worked correctly. Not once. We need someone to revisit the flawed programming logic behind it. This should be a simple process and it is a nightmare every year. This was not a problem in either of the prior systems we utilized. We are tired of hand-correcting student records because the utility skips them. First, the utility should allow you to update blank years with zeros before running.
