Gradebook report in spreadsheet format
It would be really helpful to be able to pull a report in spreadsheet format of student grades. The Student Assignments report under Student Management > Educator Access Plus > Gradebook > Reports is close, but I need a csv that I can edit and upload to other systems.

It would be helpful to allow Teachers or Office the ability to schedule an email to parents for Gradebook Report by term.

Teacher Requests for Changes to Grades count by entity
All my administrators are seeing "(4)" next to their "Teacher Requests for Changes to Previously Posted Grades", but those 4 requests are at our HS entity. The number should only display at the entity that has the request for changes.

Disable teacher gradebook viewing abilities for Semester 2
While building Semester 2 schedules, it would be very beneficial to deactivate teacher viewing abilities in gradebooks for Semester 2 only. Building schedules is a process in which the Counselor assigns courses, then proceeds to shuffle the courses according to requirements that need to be met for each individual student. When teachers can view the schedules as the Counselor is beginning the process, we are bombarded with unnecessary emails and drop-ins. Starting grade for Standards Based Gradebook
Standards based grade books should have the option to transfer in a starting grade like the secondary grade books allow. Many of our students transfer in from schools that do not use standards based report cards. It would be VERY helpful to allow teachers to enter a starting grade so parents have an ACCURATE idea of what their child's grades are. (My district uses both standards and a final percentage in our standards based report cards.)

I need a feature to prevent grade override within the gradebook similar to that of term grades that I am able to manually lock for new
Please reference my prior service call 5219641. Since we utilize cumulative grading, we cannot implement a starting term grade and would ideally use option 5 to submit transfer in grades for a new student. Unfortunately, those grades are not locked and our Schoology platform which is utilized by teachers overrides any existing grades entered with any sync activity. As a result, those assignments are automatically defaulted and converted to a no count with no grading. Remove Default Field Mark from Clone Grade Mark Groups for New Year Utility - WS\EA\GB\SE\PS\UT\GY
To avoid cloning a grade mark group by mistake it would be helpful if none of the fields were marked by default. Currently the Grade Mark Groups field is marked automatically and must be unchecked so it does not clone again. This would force the user to check only the box(es) that need to be cloned.

Add the ability to sort by class for the student missing assignment report
Allow the gradebook student missing assignment report to sort by a class and teacher, so this report can be run and given to the study hall/pride time teacher for that student to make sure those students know what they should be working on in study hall/Pride Time.

Gradebook Combination
"We need a work around for the Combine Classes feature. Currently, it only works for courses with the same code. I (and many teachers at my school) have co-taught courses which are split into two grade books per period (half regular education course code, other half special education course code). I am unable to combine them, even though they are the same period/section. I assign the same material to both and grading is really difficult and time consuming because I have two sections of kids for each period I teach.

In need of a report that shows the date/time a gradebook was updated.
It would be helpful for our Principal to be able to run a report that shows the last time/date a gradebook was updated. There are reports in Skyward that show times/dates for Parent/Student access and the last time/date Attendance was updated for each class. This would help to ensure all gradebooks are up-to-date and grades being reported are the most current.

Please ADD "Select All"/"Check Boxes" Option when Cloning Events Across Entities
In WS/EA/GB/ST/PS/UT/CE, please add the option to "Select All", "Unselect All", and check boxes. We have one teacher at each grade level create all events for Lang Arts and Math in their Gradebooks. Then, we clone those to all other teachers, at fourteen elementary schools. At one grade level, I'm having to manually "Select" then "Add" 68 classes in this process.

Allow transfer of previous term grade from the Office to the Gradebook
We would LOVE to have the ability to push a grade for a new student (or one with a schedule change) from the Office/Grading module to the new teacher's gradebook for previous terms. While we understand that a teachers should click the NEW button and use one of the 5 methods to get grades into previous buckets in their gradebook, getting teachers to do this (and do it correctly) is a huge headache for us. This would save a tremendous amount of time for teachers AND officer personnel. The teacher, of course, could later make adjustments if needed.

Adding a character counter to comment boxes within a standard based custom report card or in teacher grade books
After creating a Standards Custom report card, the teachers are asking how many characters fit in each comment box. I do not see a character count in the teacher grade book nor do I see anything that would allow me to find out when I add the comment box while building it. Is there a way to add available character count to comment boxes within the teacher grade book? If not I think it would be a great tool for the teacher to have to know how much space is available to make comments.

Teacher Rosters
It would be helpful if teachers could see rosters of other classes without opening them up to teacher tracking where they then can see gradebooks, etc. Just a limited view of rosters in their building, by course or teacher.

OTHER ID ON MY STUDENT LIST IN GRADEBOOOK
In gradebook, on the MY STUDENTS list you cannot see the Student ID/Other ID. We think it would be beneficial to have this to ensure FERPA when discussing a student with a teacher. They rarely know the other ID that we us so frequently on the SMS side. It currently can only be seen if selected inside a course gradebook.

I have a teacher that in the Secondary Gradebook would like the grades to be a different color for "no count" and "missing".
I have a teacher that in Secondary Gradebook would like the grades to be a different color for "no count" and "missing". This class has several students that will be assigned an assignment but not all of the students. When the teacher marks the rest of the students as "no count" the students and parents think they have a 0 or it is missing. He would like the "missing" to be red bold and the 'no count' be a different color.

Add a utility or configuration setting to enable Display Other Name Field in the Teacher Gradebook
It would be helpful to have a mass add utility or a configuration option to automatically enable the Display Other Name (when available) in Teacher Gradebooks instead of the first name and middle initial. This would ensure every teacher would see/use the Other Name field if it is populated.
