Percent Attendance by Teacher Needs Another Link
Nearly every single one of our 21 schools asks for Percent Attendance. We've obviously needed to update security access because the report is located under Educator Access Plus however telling them over and over again how to get to it has become a bit mind-boggling. Is there any way we could add the link to this report to ALSO show under Office\Attendance\Reports? Wouldn't that make sense? Yes it's teacher-based thus being here is cool but it's also teacher and grade level based from an office perspective. Mass update grading periods
Please see the 2 attachments. I am trying to clone grading periods using WS\OF\AT\PS\UT\SC. I have updated the grading periods for campus 001. I am selecting to mass update "all entities" using 001. The entities all carry the same # of grading periods (same calendar terms YR & S1 & S2... all same throughout the district). It is not updating as requested. I have submitted this on SC#3297632 and they referred this to the ME. The ME said "It will set the Term start to the first grading period with that start term. It will set the Term stop to…

Create Option to Not Create Letters If Emailed
Attendance Letters are currently generated for all students who meet the criteria. Parents of those students may have email addresses and can receive attendance emails. At this time there is no way to not generate letters for students whose parents will already get attendance emails and those letters must be manually pulled from the batch that was generated. It would be nice to be able to flag a student whose parents will receive emails to not generate an attendance letter.

Add Variable Date option on attendance reports
The goal of this update would allow campuses to set these reports as scheduled tasks therefore saving time so that personal can concentrate on other attendance This would allow attendance clerks to concentrate more on other aspects of attendance instead of running these reports and providing them to individual teachers each week.

Add Day Number to Calendar report
It would be very helpful if you could add "DAY NUMBER" to the calendar report that currently lists the Calendar Days of the school year. Currently it lists the date and type of day but not the day number of the school year. When we use a snow day the day number of the school year changes so if we could see it listed on the report that would be great.

Automated Unrecorded Class Attendance/Bell Schedul
Requesting an enhancement for Unrecorded Class Attendance email generation to be linked to the Bell Schedule for the day. Example: We are on a half day bell schedule but the Unrecorded Class Attendance is sending emails based on our full day bell schedule.

TX: Update Tracking report to include timestamps
Texas reporting requirements include being able to report the date and time attendance data changes are made. We currently only offer timestamp data on a screen without the ability to create a report from it. This project is to update the Transaction Tracking report to include timestamps as well as date.

CLONE CALENDAR UTILITIES
Our District has MANY calendars for both public & parochial entities. Each year calendars for all entities schools & calendars within each entity within each school need to be set up. That being said one question that I continue to have is the utility for "Clone Calendar Info in Same Year." What does this utility actually do? I have tried to set up 1 calendar in 1 entity with all the calendar detail entered & then ideally I would like to clone this calendar to all the other entities & calendars but only the very basic term dates get cloned…

add Dr. Note Required student indicator
We use wanding to check in students arriving late to school. They enter their ID# on the keypad and then the security personnel check them in. The issue we have is that if a student is required to have a Dr. Note in order to enter school the student indicator for that is not visible on the wanding screen that the security folks see.

Master Absence Report Include Student Status
It would be very helpful if the Master Absence Report included the ability to exclude Inactive Students. Our HS Principal uses this report and since she uses a range the results include both active and inactive students.

Add Ability for Kiosk to Fill Missed Att. Periods
The intention of this request is to streamline the attendance entry process by enhancing the system to fill in attendance periods missed automatically. The goal is to enhance data quality and employee efficiency. The negative impact would be not utilizing the product or increased employee efforts to ensure data quality if component is used.
Ideally setup would be available for system to automatically fill in attendance periods missed prior to arrival or after student signs out. We would like for this component to be used for early dismissals and late arrivals.56 votes -

I need to be able to look at enrollment for several date ranges not just a snap shot day. This is causing hours of compiling data to find this information

Need to see report by rotation
By having the report print out by rotation Day 1 is Days 1-6 rotation Day 2 is Days 7-12 rotation. In order to check our attendance offenders we run the report by student and then have to manually go through each date for each student and see which rotation they were absent on. If they have 3 or more absences on a rotation they are not in compliance with attendance rules. We then lower the grade for the rotation they are not in compliance with. If they are in Academics/Technical for Days 1-6 then they get a lower grade if…
