Registrars having access to complete the NEW Button
I think registrars should have the ability to enter closed grading period grades for new students when teachers do not complete the process using the “NEW” button.
This is something our teachers consistently struggle with, and it often results in incorrect or missing grades. Allowing registrars to handle this process would help ensure grades are entered correctly from the beginning.
Instead of relying on multiple teachers to complete the process correctly, having one or two designated staff members responsible for entering closed grading period grades would create more consistency, improve accuracy, and eliminate the need for so many corrections later on.
