More options to edit Teacher Access Security
We need the ability to remove access for weighting an assignment in Teacher Access security settings. When using category weighting and selecting to NOT allow teachers to change category or weight, this option should be disabled but it is not. Skycoder cannot be used in EA+, so an option to edit the security access is needed.
