Mass Update At Risk Field
Currently we can only mass add one record to our At Risk field. The state of KS has up to 12 options to check that qualifies a student for At Risk. Once we mass add a category ie ESOL if we get a list of another indicator later ie Migrant we can do a mass add, but it will only pull in those that aren't already marked. We then have to go in to each student and mark them individually. In our district we have several thousand ESOL, several thousand students who are marked under the Dyslexia screener and almost 1000 Migrant families. I get these lists at various times through the year and it would be extremely helpful to have a way to update that at risk tab with the additional qualifiers instead of touch each student record.
