It would be nice to have a way to send course credits to the state, but not have them counted twice in skyward. The use case is for students trying to better their GPA for a course. They take the course again and this needs reported to the state, but you do not want the credits doubled up in Skyward. So when you enter a "Variable Credit" on a historical course for 0.0 credits, you get errors from the IDOE saying you are required to send them credits. Maybe a flag or something could tell skyward not to internally count that course for graduation requirements any more because they already got the credit for it with the bad grade they received the first time.
