General demographic reports are that people want are always the same. They want Gender, Race, Sped, English Learner, 504, etc. When trying to set up data mining reports there is an As Of field for English Learner and 504 to pull a yes no that is as of the day you run it. It would be nice to either have that field be variable so you can set this report up to be a scheduled task and it would always pull current information of whether the student is 504 or English Learner. OR add field on the profile tab that is 504 Y/N and LEP Y/N that auto populates from whatever is in the Special Programs tab for them like it currently does for Spec Ed Y/N. Again that way it is very quick and accessible on data mining reports without constantly having to change the as of date so unable to set up as a scheduled task.
