Due to Covid-19 and the massive amount of students changing their courses due to changes in enrollment from brick-and-mortar to virtual and then back. We are unable to keep up with monitoring the teachers transferring grades into the new course without a report to aid the Administrators that flags the teachers who are not transferring grades. This is resulting in massive amounts of grade changes and corrections and reprinting of report cards. This issue is based on the process that Skyward has put in place to have teachers manually transfer grades for students to calculate Final and Semester. With this in mind, there should at least be a report in place to verify grades have been transferred in and grades are calculated accurately.

We tried the Grade Input and Proof Sheet – this report was good because it showed Inactive and dropped students. But there wasn’t a way to FLAG that the grade is a transferred in grade or customization to only print missing grades.

We also tried the Selected Grades Report since we can print blank grades.

1. But there is not student/class status (inactive or dropped) and
2. If this prints from the grades tab will it show if a grade was transferred?
3. Need a Grade range selection, grade ranges on course setup are not always accurate.
4. Report is clean looking, sorts by teacher and course.
 
The Grade Sheet Report comes close to what we need. It shows the Quarter Grades along with any Grade Adjustments. Since when grades are transferred in, the grade is put as a grade adjustment so the final grade can be calculated. The only issue is the class/student status is not shown. We would need to know the entry/wd date or like the Grade Input Proof sheet show if the student is inactive or dropped. Plus, if we could have the option to print missing grades to streamline who is actually missing a grade.
We would also need this to print for dropped courses as well.
