Allow Parents/Guardians to reset their Family Access Password

Parents and Guardians become frustrated when they are required to contact the school for a Family Access password reset. It would be beneficial for them to have the option to reset their password on their own using a verified email or phone number.

    Agreed. They can click Forgot Password from the Skyward login page to recover by email. This already exists...

    This should already be available. When they go to login, there is an option to select Forgot Password. This will force a resent.
