Mask Staff / Student SSN
We would like for all SSN to be masked on reports. This would be staff and student SSN. We can prevent staff SSN from being viewed based on the level of security. However, the SSN will still show on reports. We would like for the number to not show (like confidential phone numbers) or at least only show the last four digits.

This is a real problem, as it results in us having to re-create reports solely for the purpose of not having the SSN print on the report.

Strongly support this idea! As we continue to focus on data privacy in the digital world we sometimes overlook the print world. We need to ensure that sensitive data, such as SSNs, are protected when printing.
