Thank you for submitting this idea.
We’d like to better understand this request. Can you tell us more about how the current selection parameters on the mass change utility is not meeting your needs in PaC?
Related question/ try this instead: Are you using Employee Management at your district? If so, you can run the Additional Pay Code Mass Add Utility to add the severance code to the Employee Assignments using a Processing List. Then, when you run the Assignment Export /Payroll Import, the Employee Pay Records will be updated.
Thank you,

An error occurred while saving the comment DeVaughn Resczenski commentedThis would help to separate these attachments into separate areas, since we cannot setup security by attachment type in Portfolio

An error occurred while saving the comment DeVaughn Resczenski commentedCould this be also setup for grade levels below grade 3? Use of OSS in these situations triggers auditing from the state, so any notifications that can aid Discipline Officers as a double-check (including a less severe warning for Foster students) would be helpful, and avoid potential violations of state law.

An error occurred while saving the comment DeVaughn Resczenski commentedCould this be setup similarly to how the attendance types are managed? We see them all from the district 000 entity, and can clone between entities. Having something similar to that with the student indicators would be SUPER helpful.

An error occurred while saving the comment DeVaughn Resczenski commentedEven with DAEP attendance codes, issues with transaction dates will sometimes prevent the CTE contact hour utility from excluding the time in DAEP, so this would be another (and probably more accurate) method for accomplishing this when DAEP is a program within the campus.

Hello everyone,
We’re currently exploring potential solutions and identifying how we can simplify the entry of these records.
Thanks!

An error occurred while saving the comment DeVaughn Resczenski commentedI agree. We can use local codes to link to the categories (bullying, allegations of bullying, etc), but it would be nice to have an option to force selection of the specificity required by CRDC when one of those categories is selected. We know it is Bullying, but which TYPE of bullying was it.

Inquiring with our State and Federal Compliance team about this request.

The PaC Employee Selection parameters (and the selection parameters for the Web "Mass Change Pay Record Account Numbers") do not include the newer options that web has, allowing us to select by a processing list.
An example:
- In setting up a retention stipend, we would want to use the same Pay Record for all employees, but mirror elements of their primary pay code like Function and Org. We can get to Org via Employee Building or Check Loc, but to update function, we have to go record-by-record and update. If we had the modern Web-style employee selection, we would be able to create the selection based on a Processing List.
